A $10.00 difference in 3 vs 4 seat…
A $10.00 difference in 3 vs 4 seat table, invoiced $500. plus shipping!!!!!! who ever's fault it was in ordering
Attempted to order a outdoor table on line, the site was not working. So i called and seemed to be a nice guy Matt ordered our table and when install we received an ADA or ? 3 seat table when we clearly wanted a 4 seat. So i called and he was not available, when finally spoke matt was not helpful, just said he would send an invoice for the 4th seat. (a difference of 10.00) between 3 seat and 4 we received a $500.00 invoice plus shipping. After this transaction i could never recomend this company.

I will admit, I'm a little confused with your one star though. After reviewing all emails and correspondences, you originally requested a quote for 3 seat ADA tables in which we promptly provided.
From there, you stated everything looked good and to proceed. We sent an invoice over in which again specified 3 seat ADA tables. You agreed with the quote and purchased. What we ultimately shipped were the 3 seat ADA tables you agreed upon and ordered.
I even see where our staff went out of their way after you stated you mistakenly ordered ADA tables in an attempt to help, by providing a quote below our cost. If you have further questions regarding your order we are here to help. Please feel free to reach out to sales@outdoorsiness.com.
Double over queen bunk beds
I ordered 2 double over queen bunk beds. The product was shipped per the original schedule... but I received 2 queen over queens that would not fit in my bunk house. After some discussion of options...I returned both beds and received a full refund with absolutely no hassle... which I really appreciated! Hence the rating

Everything was as expected
Everything was as expected, there were a couple of things that I would have preferred, another board for the top so they could be closer together and the screws that were for the top boards were a little too long, if you didn't have enough angle on them, they would come out the top. Otherwise they turned out great.
