I recently ordered from Outdoorsupply.co.uk and have mixed feelings. While the shipping takes longer than expected, starting over a month after the order date, it seems many issues arise from Brexit-related complications. Some customers reported unexpected customs fees, which can be frustrating if not anticipated. However, others had a smooth experience without additional charges on lower-priced items. Overall, I appreciate that Outdoorsupply.co.uk provides unique products not easily found in the UK, but clearer communication on shipping origins and potential extra costs could enhance the shopping experience. 4 stars.

Be wary of this site. They sell products even though they are not available using excuses such as supplier delays. And worst of all is the customer service support that never rests.

Awful experience so far!
Previously emailed with questions about a ski jacket receiving fast responses however, once Ordering on 27th November all communication has since ceased. The order was over £300 so I expected to be kept up to date with the shipment however, after 4/5 emails, I’ve still had no update of even processing from the company!!

Very sharp blade amazing for cutting anything helped alot during the time I was camping with my son. definitely buying again.

The company refused to accept delivery of a returned item causing me to initiate a chargeback claim through my bank to acquire a refund.

I placed my order on October 6th, but the shipping won't even begin until November 11th, and who knows when it will actually be delivered. Had I known it would take this long, I wouldn't have ordered from them.

dishonest thieves, very long expeditions with hidden costs and taxes. zero costumer support. never seen something like that. I throw away 80£, absolutely disgusting.
Also returns have fees, be careful.
And I still don't have my products...
one shipments is 2 MONTHS delayed...

Fast and efficient experience the whole way from ordering to delivery. Great selection of hard to find boots that have been out of stock everywhere else for over a year.

We bought 2 lightweight camping chairs, not available in the UK. We read reviews of this Dutch company & Brixit has caused a lot of problems! Our chair were under the value of £135 and so NO extra custom charges.
The whole process of buy from this company was plain sailing no issues and delivary was very quick. We highly recommend !

Great quality, fast shipping and had beaten other competing prices.

The buying experience was smooth and the product was well delivered, but I did suffer some delay and communication issues:
The product was said to not be in stock, so shipping was expected in around 2 weeks. However, I did not receive any update, so I contacted them after almost 3 weeks, only to get a response that the product was unavailable with the vendor. Once I selected an alternative product (money-back was also offered), things went smoothly.
Besides the initial delay communication was OK, but I would have expected a more proactive approach from them.

My Experience with Etrias was very good indeed. Once placed, my order was dispatched within a day. The website was easy to navigate and sort products and also gave clear costing and any import/tax implications for those countries outside the EU. I would have found it handy if there was a link to allow the customer to calculate this, as it can help with making purchase choices.

The website ships from the Netherlands, this is only mentioned at checkout & if like me you miss the warning, you get stung with ridiculously high import charges. So technically my own fault for not spotting it, but it should be made clearer before people browse & shop.

I had a reason to contact the Customer Service department, and found each of the several replies I received in our ongoing conversation swift, courteous and cheerful, and they solved the issue I raised to my complete satisfaction. I will certainly use this company again.

Wanted to buy a £10 item but delivery was £25!!! It was a mug, small and light so delivery fee was a rip off.

It has a .co.uk domain so you think they are a UK based company but instead they come from Europe and as well as the expensive delivery fee you also pay custom charges too.

Stop pretending you’re a UK firm.

I also just received a huge bill for customs duty. I specifically searched out a UK website to avoid shipping from Europe. When I complained and the company pointed out that they have a couple of red bars warning you on checkout (which I missed) but seriously, this is a .co.uk website advertising in pounds with a UK based customer services helpline. It wouldn't take much to be upfront with their customers and point out they're shipping from the Netherlands on their homepage or near the price when it is shown in sterling.
