Do NOT purchase from these people. I bought two pairs of skirt that was marked as final sale from them after carefully reading the description and positive reviews. Turned out that basically everythin... See more

They started charging a “restocking fee” for returns…. cool? So what are we supposed to do when sizing charts don’t match products at all…. My size in this brand varies by product! Used to be decen... See more
Love the matching sets and all rectrek gear (absolute best shorts and pants for hiking and all things outdoors). Great customer service for returns and exchanges.
They got people to love their “cloudknit” material and still sell products with that naming convention, except they cheaped out and the products are now grossly inferior and more expensive, again stil... See more

Beware of refund delays
I purchased a sweater for my husband from this company. The quality was okay, nothing special but not bad. The item did run very large so we returned it because the medium size was more like a large. BEWARE the problem was that I returned the item on December 17. Way before the holiday return rush, which starts after Christmas. On January 9th I realized I never received a refund from them. I contacted them and it was then that they issued the refund. I won't really order from them anymore and would warn others to check their credit card statements to make sure they received a refund from them. I expect a company to refund me without me having to contact them as it's a hassle and waste of time to have to trace back purchases to returns and refunds.
They said it was because of the holiday return rush but I returned my item on December 17 which is before people begin returning Christmas items so I didn't really buy their excuse.
