Terrible service
Ordered the same jacket three times, and three times order was cancelled due to “stock unavailability”. Item is still listed for sale on the site, and instead of removing it, customer service has asked me to “not try to place the order again as we cannot confirm our website stock information is updated.” So ASICS sends out emails inviting customers to purchase stock that doesn’t exist, wasting everyone’s time.

I have chased , they aren’t here , I can’t use them , I’m in limbo .. I have sent enquiries , no joy I’m afraid, they invited me to do a review , which I did but just had an email saying my ( negative ) review(above)did not meet their guidelines for publication ….Beware !

They don't respond to emails! No means of contacting anyone except a online chat link which just provides a computer generated response.
It has taken a week to dispatch my trainers and now it is saying a week until they will be delivered. When I brought them i clicked on next day delivery.

Don’t order!
Whatever you do, don’t order from here. It is literally a scam. I have ordered an expensive shoes for a marathon. It said 2-3 working days for delivery, but it has been about 12 days now and the status does not even get updated. Worst thing is: you cannot even contact them or reach them in any way.
Not delivering
After nearly a month Asics (outlet.asics.com) have failed to deliver the shoes that I ordered directly from them. The money for the purchase was immediately taken from my card upon ordering. Despite having now cancelled the order, customer service is failing to respond or confirm a refund of the money paid for the undelivered goods.
Sad to see a great brand ruining their own reputation through incompetent and unhelpful customer service and leaving the customer with the problem when they fail to deliver. The customer service phone number does not even answer calls. Blaming the delivery company (PostNord), who have actually provided great, quick and punctual customer service in the matter is just sad.
As someone who has been wearing Asics stability shoes faithfully for over 20 years, I am sorry to recommend to stay away from Asics and buy your shoes from a reputable store instead. In my experience, e.g. Nike and New Balance provide far better customer service when it is needed.
Unhelpful and incompetent customer services
The company is fine until there is a query! at which point they are obstructive making it a lengthy difficult process to get an response, when they do reply it is with irrelevant responses which do not address the issue in question- I believe in the hope to dissuade further queries from clients- and have no interest in their customers as can be attested by the amount of negative comments. I have eventually given up and am using a different brand and would advise anyone who is considering using this company to use an alternative if possible.
The refund process is terrible
The refund process is terrible. Accordingly their return procedure and took the shoes to Yodel, and Yodel website cannot find the retailer name so that no printed scan code and Yodel not accept the return. Both Asics and Yodel service are terrible, still cannot get my refund as well, feel frustrated.
Poor customer service, I going else where now
Delivery not received, the yodel proof of delivery of a fuzzy pic of an Asics box on a shelf even though the instructions say "this item can not be left in a safe place", the customer service him/she/it/they/them sent a form labelled affidavit warning you about legal action and prosecution. They have a don't give a s**t attitude toward customers, do they not understand a box with Asics written all over it dumped in a public place is a target for theft, obviously we are not as important as those you buy from the std Asics shop. I have been running in Asics for the last 15 years, 3 to 4 pairs a year, never again better choice out there, better customer service, better delivery service (yodel is soooo bad) Asics outlet has driven be away from the brand entirely !! (too big to fail maybe)
CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE NON-EXISTENT
Recently placed online order for 2 pairs of trainers. When the order arrived, there was only one pair in the box. Tried to call asics customer services four times today, but apparently due to 'exceptional circumstances' they are not taking any calls, and two emails have gone unanswered; I assume that they think that if they ignore us - their customers - then we'll shut up and go away. Would give them no stars if I could.
I would suggest that if you actually want to receive what you've paid for, you may prefer to shop somewhere where they still believe in customer care. Based on my experience, that certainly isn't Asics. Shame on you, Asics - you've made sure that you have my money, but I don't have what I've paid for. Does that bother you? Apparently not.
No contact once they had my credit info and address
Placed order and it and it has said processing for the last 10 days. No response to my emails, sent three. no phone number contact. no PayPal so i don't know how to get a hold of them.
Delivered as ordered
Saw negative reviews so was nervous, but items all arrived very quickly and as ordered. Probably helped that we knew exactly what we wanted as are regular Asics wearers and know our sizes but will be using again.
Zero Customer Service
0 out of 5. So far I have made two (or three 🤔) online complaints about my defective shoes and have only received acknowledgments of receipt.
I have also posted on X but again zero response.
So disappointing as I am a long time user of ASICS shoes, but clearly the customer service does not match the (usual) quality of the product itself ☹️
Crap customer service
Second time ordering from this company, getting the shoes no problem returning and getting a refund absolutely the worst company ever.. they don’t include a returns note so not having a printer proved difficult then trying to get a refund omg the email said 24/48 hours their silly little agent said 15 days for a refund to show in your account, never will I ever order from Asics again.
Retail companies don't like people like…
Retail companies don't like people like me as I rarely leave a review. But I do read reviews and because of that I was very fearful to order from outlet.asics and I hesitated for quite a few days and almost didn't order.
But I have to say I can't fault them at all. I ordered a pair of running shoes late on Tuesday evening and I already received them on Thursday morning. I think that was the quickest delivery I ever had without any problem at all.
Therefore I would happily use them again.

Received as purchased. Excellent service. Cheaper than usual runners, sent and delivered soon after I bought them, with no issues.
Disgusted with Asics Outlet
I recently tried to place an order with Asics Outlet, and the site subsequently asked me for a review, which I duly sent. I have just received an email from them to say my review has been "modified" i.e. they won't post it on their site! This is the review I submitted: I ordered these running shoes only to receive an email the following day to say the order had been cancelled as they were out of stock. I went on the website again later that day to look at an alternative only to discover they were showing again in my size as being in stock, so I placed a second order. The following day I received another email to say they were out of stock. Again I went on the site to look at alternatives only to discover they were showing as in stock again, so I ordered. Guess what, I received a further email the very next day to say they were out of stock again. This happened a total of 5 times so I never received my order.
