Wrong product sent, no apology or support
They sent me the completely the wrong shoes (size and style - good job I opened the box in advance of Christmas to check as it felt too heavy for running trainers). I complained and asked for the correct items to be sent. They just told me to return and await a refund that could take up to 20 working days to process, and re-order (essentially putting me out of pocket). It was not my mistake and the shoes were supposed to be a Christmas present. Not even an apology, or even a mere acknowledgement of their mistake. I have returned and purchased elsewhere. They still wouldn’t ship the trainers they were supposed to send in the first place when they told me that they have got my return, without me paying again.
As requested, I completed a customer review. As it was negative it was rejected for the website. I also realise that 14 days is the minimum consumer rights standard for refund time so they are breaking the law by making customers wait so long. I am still yet to receive my refund.

Awful customer service and support
No issue with the order, got same size as I always do with this brand. Left shoe perfect fit, comfortable and right foot so uncomfortable by the toe area it’s like a different style and can’t run in it. Contacted them sent pictures they tell me how to break them in. Not helpful at all when you can’t even walk in them I can’t see anything at the end of the toe area but no help as o don’t have the original packaging. I spent a”£180 pounds and can’t use them. So disappointed for such a well known sporting brand

Shoes are great, the issue is with the return/refund process. They have got a serious problem here folks. Make 100% sure you order the right size.
I am in my 5th week of waiting for a refund for a pair I bought the wrong size....I realised immediately but cancelling the order online didn't work, they still came, got returned, and no refund yet.
Item has got lost during ASICS return process, still awaiting refund
I ordered 2 pairs of trainers (same style, different sizes). Unfortunately neither pair fitted, so I returned them via their courier returns process in the same parcel on 17/10/23. To date I have only been refunded for 1 pair of trainers, seems the other pair have gone missing in transit or at ASICS warehouse. ASICS are currently investigating. This experience has put me off purchasing anything from this company again.
UPDATE - my money was finally refunded after the exchange of several emails.
Bad Yodel pick up experience.
Nothing wrong with the product- more with the delivery. I organised a local collection from a Collect + shop. As I had no YODEL barcode receipt of delivery at the shop, upon collection they argued that they couldn't hand them over...after proving my Tracking order and my ID they reluctantly released the trainers.

Ordered a pair of trainers. Realises ordered wrong size. Minutes after sent email could I change size. ‘Oh no, we can’t do that once you’ve ordered. You can cancel but you have to do so very quickly - within minutes!’ Completely ignoring that people might be working, be unable to respond. Hour or so later tried to cancel ‘Oh no, you’re too late but you can return the shoes. Refunds will take 20 days.’

Actually a great experience here! Was scared that I wouldn’t get my shoes after reading the reviews but everything went perfectly well with my order. The shoes were delivered after 5 days, which is very fast considering that it was over a weekend. The shoes are amazing, exactly the style I wanted (nowhere to find in my country).

Very disappointed. I bought trainers off them on special offer. After about 3 days just got email saying my order was cancelled without giving the reason. I sent them an email asking why it was cancelled and that I still wanted them. My email wasn't even answered. Won't buy from them again. What a waste of time.
Then they had the cheek to send an email a week later looking me to review them. So I gave a poor review and the wouldn't publish it cause it didn't meet their criteria. They have low score on trust pilot for a reason.
Asics NovaBlast 3…
Bought a pair of Asics NovaBlast 3 which were slightly cheaper due to being an outgoing colour.
Ordered the shoes on Saturday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday lunchtime.The communication was great throughout.
I have been for one run in the shoes and they feel great. Only time will tell if they endure well.

- filed a complaint to the costumer service but they only told me it was out of stock, so why did the order and payment went trough???
- sent the package back to get my refund
- still waiting for the refund after 6 month of emails forth and back
Faulty shoe design. Asics takes no product accountability.
I’ve purchased multiple different Asics models, most often the Kayano and GT-2000 versions, but all shoes I buy tear up in the heel after a few/limited use cases. Even though I highly like the comfort and feeling wearing Asics shoes, the fact they break after such short period warrants a recommendation to stay away from them, especially when their support team finds it unreasonable to replace or refund a faulty product. Also, worth mentioning is that the models I’ve purchased range from $150-200 per pair.

I ordered some running shoes and the order was accepted and went through without issue. a few days later I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. They gave two potential reasons:

There was a problem with my card payment - Why did the transaction go through when I ordered?
Assuming that no online ordering system would allow me to order when there was no stock. I re-ordered with a different card. All appeared to be going well until a week later I got the same cancellation message.
What organisation cancels an order and gives ambiguous reasons so you continue to waste your time?

Ordered a pair of shows that were in stock, then 3 days later they tell me they are no longer in stock, despite showing as in stock, so they cancel my order. One week later the website still shows the shoes as being in stock, so I order again, for a higher price, they then cancel my order again 3 days later.

Advertising stock that doesn't exist the orders go through and get cancelled days later. They arnt stupid making money off people's money sitting in their account. Disgraceful and the product is still on website weeks later.
Horrendous service
Horrendous service. Ordered a pair of trainers, the order was confirmed, then three days later Asics Outlet cancelled it. What sort of service is that. I'd avoid them at all costs.
I have eventually received a pair but had at least 5 orders cancelled, even though the item was in stock, supposedly. If you use your first order discount, it will probably be cancelled and you won`t get it again, even though they say it will be on your account.

Urgh if only I'd checked this site before ordering! Ordered some shoes (from the offficial ASICS outlet site), delivery was due 7th June, today 14th June still no order, neither Asics or Yodel have any idea where parcel is, have been told by Asics I have to wait at least 7 days whilst they run an investigation with Yodel!!
Very limited phone call times - only open 10 til 3pm, so everything has to be done with chat bots (who just tell me the order has been dispatched) and incredibly difficult to speak to actual people.
Seriously - how hard can it be to deliver a pair of running shoes?! Avoid using this site at all costs. Buy from other sellers.
