Hidden restocking fees, misleading images
Ordered at the Bongenie Outlet in Switzerland. Their handling time is around 2-3 days before shipment.
The website images of the products are often wrong, in the sense that the color is different vs. reality.
It is perhaps the reason why these products end up in the outlet. The prices are good, but I have tried now 3x (knowing my exact size) and 3x returned the items.
You have to pay the return shipping, which I find fair.
But what is unfair is that you are charged restocking fees on top. For items that are incorrectly presented. Interestingly, I cannot find anywhere on the website these costs, you are simply given back less than you paid! Beware.
I will not return here, and this experience make me resent going to the their actual department store either in Lausanne or Geneva.
