Disappointing Customer Service & Unresolved Issue
I had an extremely frustrating experience with BG Club’s customer service. After placing an order, I was informed by Swiss Post that my package had been delivered, but I never received it. I reached out to BG Club for support, providing them with evidence—including surveillance footage—that no delivery took place. Despite multiple follow-ups, my emails have been completely ignored.
Ignoring a customer with a valid issue is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. A reputable company should take responsibility and assist their customers, rather than ghosting them when a problem arises. I am deeply disappointed and would caution others about their lack of accountability.
I had high expectations, but this experience has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I will not be shopping here again.
