This Wi-Fi disc arrived exactly as advertised, 3 days earlier than I expected. It’s brand new, just as described, and is the newest version (with the new BT logo in a circle). I had tried to order one from eBay a few times but kept being outbid, so it was quite a relief to order one via Amazon for a fixed price. It works perfectly with my BT Smart Hub 2, and was very easy to install and get going - it was working within about 5 minutes of me getting it out of the box. The setup process didn’t even interrupt my daughter watching iPlayer. I can manage it with the MyBT app on my phone, and it even helps you find the best location. A great product, and great service from a fantastic company.

Recently bidded and won an exercise bike through this company. We forwarded messages back and forth and in all fairness the seller did state bank transfer only which I agreed. Once I won the item my automatic payment method made payment via PayPal which the seller didn’t want. The seller then processed a cancellation and only refunded me partially. I then decided against paying via bank transfer without any protection guarantees even though the company had so many positives reviews as I’ve been done over in the past so very wary. Multiple messages on refunding me a small fee of 7.22 has led to unnecessary complications I’ve now had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get such as small feee back that I’m entitled to. I did however apologise for any inconvenience caused but this just led to challenging behaviour which is expected but from a professional point of view is best to just let it go.
