Excellent service after the first phone call to Andy at Outlet Prices Direct. The Concept 2 Rowing Machine was delivered during the arranged day and assembled so I could try a test run on it. The machine was in A1 condition & was in very good running order. I was very pleased & arranged to purchase it.

Our 2nd purchase from this company. We used the 5% discount we had from our first order on our second order, saving us £50.
The cheapest new iPhone 12 pro max we could find online. We accepted that there would be a little wait for the product, it arrived on the date we were promised. So far can't fault this company. Please get your website live! It would make it easier to have our accounts and orders all in one place, also easier for us to track our orders.
