Brilliant Service
We have used Outplacement First to help our colleagues following a restructure, and I have to say that they have been excellent from start to finish. Abigail is a pleasure to work with and is very proactive in terms of engagement with us as the employer, and with the colleagues that she has worked with. Everyone who has used the service have said that they have really benefited, and many have been able to secure alternative roles quickly. Outplacement First - THANK YOU
Outplacement First are fantastic. After 15 years working for the same organisation, I found myself being made redundant. I started to apply for other jobs, about 10 in total, but never made it past the application stage. I organised a meeting with Outplacement and received a tremendous amount of support and help reviewing my CV (which was obviously very outdated), covering letters, discussing interview techniques, presentation etc. They also gave me access to some incredibly useful online tools such as templates and sample interview questions. Following the meeting and with help from the online resources I re-wrote my CV and covering letters. I then applied for 2 jobs, was called to interview for both and was offered both. What an amazing position to be in, and it was all thanks to their support and professional advice.
