I bought a ring and 2 pairs of earrings, all of which lived up to expectations and are just lovely. The ring fits perfectly too. The items arrived swiftly although someone’s handwriting needs to be more careful - they ended up at the wrong house as the 1 looked like a 7. I’ve had several items from the Outrage shop over the years and all of them have been super quality, I’m glad to find that the online service is just as good.

My order was easy to place and a query I had was dealt with swiftly. Sadly, due to the inability of Royal Mail to provide a reasonable service, my item was 2 days later than anticipated. But I'm very pleased with my earrings. 10/10 for Outrage, 0/10 Royal Mail
