Incredible lead times from an order of 2 months ago. I wouldn't have minded this if there were clear communication channels to let me know this when it was pertinent.

Missing parts
I bought an outside lamp which was a hanging lantern style. The lamp was great value and is perfect for the porch where it is located. Delivery was prompt and the process of completing the purchase was straightforward. When the lamp arrived one of the clips for holding the glass panels in the lantern section was missing and one of the nuts for attaching the top of the lamp to the lantern section was also missing. They did not come loose during delivery as they were not in the lantern box nor in the delivery box used by the courier (which was sealed with tape). In fairness, I managed to replace the missing bits so, as I didn't return the lamp to OutsideLights, nor did I request replacement parts - I can't comment on how they would have dealt with my issue. Just a small pointer for their benefit to check that all parts are in the box before shipping.

I will pass this on to the manufacture as it sounds like a fault and must have slipped through their quality control. We are glad you were able to get it fixed; if you had of contacted us we more than likely would have sent you a new replacement.

Happy with the product and service
Product as expected but be aware there is no cable included and there is some assembly to be done, though pretty straightforward. Prompt service and lights look well after being installed.
