Quality product. Poor service
The product itself was a quality item. However, we paid next day delivery before 1PM on Monday morning and the bike arrived on Wednesday so we did not receive the service we paid for. When we finally recieved the parcel the box was fairly damaged several dents and holes over it. Can't say for certain however the quality of the taping on the box and how the packaging and leaflets were inside would lead me to believe this package has been opened and packed again due to poor quality. If you are talking about the quality of the Revvi bike itself then its definitely a quality product. The rest of the service however is fairly poor. If it wasn't for the Bike itself being so good, then this would be one star not two.

Were shocked to read this review being as you ordered from us at 9.19am on MONDAY the 14th September. It was delivered out on a 2-3 Day Service ad you received it by the Wednesday. Unfortutealty we are unable to accommodate delivery within 4 hours of you placing the order and you didn't pay any delivery charge you opted for free economy delivery

Really good service
I don’t usually write reviews but was really impressed with these guys. The delivery address autocompleted incorrectly and they got back to me within the hour saying they’d corrected it. Arrived within 2 days and in great condition - great customer service and quick delivery!

Great customer service!
I rang today to see how long shipping would be (before I placed the order) as I needed it sooner rather than later... spoke to Halina (Customer service) who advised if I brought the item asap she would get it to the courier today as they were loading up the orders for tomorrow delivery... I did as she said and low and behold our pool should be with us tomorrow! Very happy with the service received to date!! Thank you for making the effort. Update- the pool arrived next day and is exactly what we wanted!!

Fast paddling pool delivery
3 days ahead of a heat wave, I decided to upgrade our paddling pool. Rideontoys delivered with a day to spare and I had some very happy children!

Great experience! Car arrived on next day after purchase, just needed to clip in parts- no real assembly. On road car was a bit too fast to my liking even on slow speed, but on grass is ok! Fits 2 toddlers
