Delivery company made contact night before and 30 minutes prior to delivery. Car is fantastic, great quality.

Slow response to questions.
Quick to tell you when a product is out of warranty but not offer any other support.
Product are more than 40% more than anywhere else.
Such a shame as this market could really benefit from a company like this but run correctly and the right price!

One star is very generous to be fair, they sell me a qaud that's a piece of rubbish and breaks down, so I order the parts they come but there they are wrong so I contacted them said sorry but they are the ones listed so the sold me parts for my make and model that don't go on my make or model, so not only am I £50 out of pocket for these parts I am also left with a qaud that doesn't run and parts that don't fit it thanks alot!!!!!!!!!

Product quality and customer service is excellent. Ordered a ride on range rover for my son and he loves it! The windscreen was unfortunately damaged in transit, I contacted outsideplay and they immediately sent out a replacement.

Brought a trampoline for my little girl and she absolutely loves it. The team were there to answer all my questions and queries quickly, and it was delivery the next day! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a battery operated Range Rover for my 2 year old gran daughters birthday not only was it delivered to the wrong address when it eventually arrived there was no steering wheel, wing mirrors and no seat for my gran daughter to sit on leaving all wires exposed

Negative experience so far will update when I finally get a reply from the ‘team’ who are somehow still isolating due to covid 🙄…I can see from the reviews on here I have possibly made a mistake in ordering from this company, I’m sure their response to this review will be ‘sorry we haven’t received or seen an email’ which seems to be the company’s generic reply for poor customer service and not answering anyone in good time!…
I ordered a dirt bike on the 24.08.22 so this is a fairly fresh order…delivery states 1-3 day working day delivery and I got a dispatch email from outside play with a tracking number for DHL on the 25.08.22 (the next day) so all good right? Wrong! The tracking number doesn’t exist and I haven’t received my order..I have emailed on the 25th, 26th, 28th and twice earlier today 30.08.22 and nothing not a single reply my initial request is simply requesting they confirm the tracking number but they can’t even be bothered to reply!! Phone line just goes straight through to a recorded voice stating due to covid all the team are isolating and ask for you to email..which as we all know they don’t bloody answer!…I get people get busy and struggle to handle a large workload but these lot are really taking the biscuit…based on my current experience avoid using this company it will give you a headache!! 😠

brought my first item from them and what can i say absolute excellent service very helpful, prompt fast delivery, answer all questions in email. even to getting notified as soon as item leaves building and all notifications you get to when it hits your door step. will defo use this company again.

Ordered a product from this company gave me a dispatched email and tracking information for DHL express delivery. Days went by Without any tracking updates to which I contacted outsidplay for them to assure me that my product is in transit.
In the end I contacted DHL for them to inform me that they haven’t even received my order to deliver in the first place.
Waste of time avoid this company

Terrible customer service from ordering a faulty Swimming Pool bought from 'Hawkmoor Ltd' also known as 'Outside Play'. The pool arrived promptly, however once set up it revealed leaks, I contacted customer service on many occasions and finally got a rude reply from someone whom only address themselves as The OutsidePlay team and to be told they would not pay for the faulty item to be returned to them and they had no more stock to send another. The message stated "You wouldnt walk into town buy something from a shop, then call them up and demand they come to your house and collect it?" Thats right, I wouldn't because I didn't go to a shop, I purchased online! I paid for a online delivery and product that was received not fit for purpose. As a business online retailer this error should be corrected as stated by the Consumer Right Act. I therefore had to re-package, resend back at cost of another £15 delivery at my expense and have no pool! I have never experienced another online company that would expect a customer to pay for return of faulty and not fit for purpose goods and receive rude emails. Shame.

I ordered a pool for £450 and purchased with buy now pay later, they contacted to inform me of delivery in a 17.5 ton lorry, I informed them that the lorry was to big to get up my street, was then informed someone would get back to me to arrange delivery in a smaller vehicle, no further contact was made by thre company, my pool was never delivered and company cancelled the order, company has now charged me £58 deposit and the company has only payed part of the payment back to the finance company, and the finance company now want me to pay them the remaining balance of 12 monthly payments of £6, taking this and my deposit into account am paying £122 for something I haven’t received 😡.
To make matters worse you can’t speak over the phone with anyone only contact is email, and have emails informing me I have to pay this balance as this company is refusing to pay the full balance back to the finance company. This is a total scam!!!!!!

Exceeded expectations. Ordered a new pool as we discovered multiple holes in our old one after last season and was expecting it 2-3 business days later but arrived the next day using DPD. Very pleased.

ordered my son a £138 car off there for his second birthday and it broke after a few days, the motor blew up. The car we even ordered didn’t come the same they had changed the seat too a different colour making it look odd. No one buy from here they are a scam! I’ve been trying for over a month and still not had a refund my poor soon is obsessed with cars and hasn’t been able too use it

Fantastic company - we bought the jeep for my grandson. He is a seasoned electro head - he’s been driving since he was two but this is the best vehicle yet - it has loads of cool details and room for a mate and a date . Goes pretty fast and has has lights and audio. The company have been incredibly helpful - even making a couple of minor adjustments to their website to make ordering easier. Very happy grandson and happy grandparents - best birthday present yet !

The response is a joke as I have emailed SO MANY times. I have just resent it with my invoice and HOPE I actually hear something. Before I take legal action.

You have ONLY responded because I left a bad review. I have left multiple emails since 26th May. More than enough time to respond. I have tried to call and email since then and lost patience. Which I am sure you might do when you have a livid 5 year old and have spent over £350 and have no way of getting in touch with a company.

worst customer services I have ever came across, If you are looking to buy a quad and select the option for them to build it you are wasting your money, they dont put anything together correctly then to try and cover themselves they say they put a leaflet in advising you double check every nut and bolt after its delivered. Trying to speak to someone is a no go, phones are always off and they dont respond to emails
