No Phone, No email, AVOID!!!!
Bought a Kayo 110 Quad for £1200 8 months ago. Had issues from day 1 but due to covid their phone just played a message saying all staff were extremely poorly.
I emailed and rang several times but got absolutely no reply whatsoever. I managed to sort the issue myself.
8 months later, the gearbox on the quad has failed. Kayo offer a 12 months parts only warranty (I can prove this as it's listed all over the internet via most dealers) however on reading these guys small print they claim it's a 6 month warranty only.
So having tried to call today, all staff are still extremely poorly with Covid. Poor souls, I had it twice and was poorly for circa 1 week. They're 8 months in. Long covid or??
I would suggest keeping well away from this company. I'm £1200 out of pocket here.......

Ordered a remote control car from here. Sound broke after a week. Contacted them and have been ignored. Emailed 3 times now but not had a single response. I paid via Klarna so have held any further payment but what a joke. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible service and company
Terrible service. Purchased a go kart for my sons third birthday. Paid £275. After 8 days it has broken. Cannot get through to customer service on the phone because you just get an automated message. They have responded to one of my many emails but will not replace or fix the kart unless I can send it back to them in the original packaging. Firstly this has been discarded and secondly it would be virtually impossible to dismantle the kart once built. I am so cross and so upset for my little boy who now has no working kart. I will never use this company again or reccomend them.

Do not buy from this company. Just check the terms and conditions, it will tell you all you need to know. First Kart arrived smashed to bits, second one is faulty, they expect my Daughter to strip the kart and remove a drive motor, post it to them at her expense and refit a new one if they decide it's faulty. How are they still in business? Stay well away, you have been warned.
Excellent from start to finnish
All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. When i picked my Stromp Bike up they gave all the advice i needed on the best way to assemble the bike when i got it home. The quality of there products are exceptional and i have allready picked my sons bike
Item still not arrived, its been 2 months!
Placed and paid for an order for an outdoor kids bentley car for my son on 27th November 2021. It is now 29th January 2022 and it has not yet been received even though it stated delivery within afew days. When I phone it is automated message about the team being ill with covid. Same automated response when chase by email.

Bought my son a car for Xmas and it arrived all smashed with a massive crack down the back, the company are not willing to do anything for this, don’t order from here.
It was delivered on the 17th and I didn’t open it until Xmas eve to realise the time was damaged as it was my sons main Christmas present, all they keep saying is I should have contacted them when it was delivered but it was stored away for Xmas? Lol. I couldn’t contact them over Xmas as it was bank holidays so I contacted them the start of jan.

Do not recommend
I am so disappointed. From what looked like a highly valued company I put my trust in to order my sons big present for Christmas from. On the 3rd of December I ordered my son an electric car from this company. I obviously didn’t open it as it was a Christmas present and didn’t want him to see it. On Christmas morning I opened the car to put together ready for my son to wake up only there was parts broken- plastics from underneath and the windshield. I put it straight back in the box as there was no way I was giving him a broken car or even risk him cutting him self on it. Some of the parts didn’t even as such leave the plastic wrappers I packed it back up as it came. I emailed them immediately ( yes I’m aware they’d be closed for Christmas) but so I had my evidence that I contacted the immediately. When I got a response I had to explain again what was broke which I already stated so then had to wait another 3 days for a reply to say that they won’t accept liability as the damage was not reported with 42 hours of it being delivered. Bare in mind the only way anyone would know this is when they look about on how to return a product its not stated on the confirmation email and what not so how and why would I of known this.
Just why would I open a product to check if it was broken when Christmas wasn’t for another few weeks and I’m sorry but u don’t order a brand new toy and expect it to be damaged.
I tried to call in between emails but there was no way to get hold of anyone from the company I also emailed their Facebook page which they’d seen and choose to ignore my message.
It’s an unfair policy to put in place bare in mind consumer rights acts allows up to 30 days to replace or get your money back for faulty items. And with it being Christmas why on earth would I of opened it with it being delivered within 48 hours. I will be taking this to trading standards as they’ve not tried to resolve the issue their arrogance in not responding to messages and the time they’ve took to communicate with me and clearly sold me an unsafe product. It is absolutely appalling. I highly recommend that no body order from these as they clearly don’t want to deal with their customers once they’ve got your money they couldn’t care less. If they’d of delt with the situation better and took into consideration my points above then fair enough but it’s absolutely appalling

Terrible customer service all I do is get ignored by email and Facebook message. I bought a car and it was never delirious I have been trying to get in touch for over a month and they never respond to my messages I can’t get my money back !!!! They are criminals!!!

Avoid at all costs, cheap rubbish at top price
Avoid at all costs, bought a ride on buggy for £500 for xmas, buggy arrived damaged and rusty underneeth, it stops so quickly its dangerous and the daughter is unable to use this now. The company are making every excuse not to refund, avoid this so called company at all costs as they will take your money and send you rubbish at top price, then when you have problems its jot heir problem. I would recommend any other company but these, never again, horrible non existant customer service.

Landrover Defender
Bought a Defender for my son which he LOVES! Had an issue with the on switch which meant it stopped working. The guys at Outside play were superb at sorting the problem and had the part to me within a week. Very impressed. So is my 2 year old!! Many thanks.

Avoid!
I ordered a red ride on tractor for my nephews birthday, they sent me a pink one. They were quick to arrange a courier to collect it however I had to chase them to find out whether they had dispatched a new one. 4 days later after multiple emails they then informed me that due to a ‘sticker problem’ in the warehouse, they no longer had any red tractors and that they would refund my money which would show in my account in 10+ days. So not only do I have no present for my nephew today, I’m having to wait 10+ days in order to be able to order elsewhere. AVOID!

Ordered a quad for my boys for Xmas, Delivery company messed up delivery, staff at outside play where so helpful and fast at sorting it out and had it redelivered with new company. Customer service is excellent, very helpful and friendly staff.
