Good people, great systems
I have been an outsourced client for almost three years and I won't go anywhere else.
At Projectick, it is crucial that our offshore workers are treated as importantly as our onshore works and Outsourced allows us to do that.
All of their systems and processes are also very mature and provide just what we are looking for.

I've been an Outsourced customer for ten years
I've been a customer of Outsource for more than ten years now and some of my staff have been on my team for that long. They provide a culture for the team that rewards them and makes them want to stay. Whilst they are part of our culture and team, Outsource as a company makes them feel like they wouldn't want to work for other suppliers, which is great for our team's stability.
The recruitment process has always been efficient. We've been able to find high-quality candidates that we've hired. I'd recommend them for businesses of all sizes. They are a good-sized outfit, very professional at every level

Moving to Outsourced changed everything
Outsourced isn't just a staffing agency, they have become our entire offshore infrastructure. From hunting talent to managing enterprise security, they handle it all.
Our biggest pain with offshoring was previously staff turnover. With our last provider, we were constantly restarting and retraining. Moving to Outsourced changed everything. Their culture and retention programs have kept our core team stable for over two years. The operational continuity has been incredible.
