HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Don't even think to buy! One-time use (if you're lucky) - as so many chinese produce. Especially NOT SUITABLE FOR QUEBEC/CANADA WINTERS - just forget it!. I'd pay 3-4-5 more for a good canadian product! Finally, it's JUST a hothouse, must not be complicated and must be resilient!

Bought a Outsunny bbq trolley which had 4 support legs A B C D, didn’t get a D part got 2 C instead. Trolley can’t be built without the missing part. No one seems able to fix this issue for me. At first was told to dismantle it and return, which is ridiculous seeing as i only need an exchange of one part. Aosom have now said they will refund me which is great but i still haven’t got the part i need. They have said they will refund and i don’t need to return the item but what do i do with it now? Emailed Outsunny and they they were no help at all. I suggested they open another parcel and take the D part from that and i would be happy to pay but no. Hopefully i will get my refund and will have to dismantle the whole thing and bin it, what a waste of money

Disappointing Purchase – Poor Quality Pergola

Oh dear, these reviews are not good—and unfortunately, I have to add mine to the list.

I recently purchased a 4x3 metre pergola from Aosom (Outsunny), and it has been a big disappointment. The structure is very unstable and feels unfit for purpose. There’s only one support across the middle, and the metal-on-metal design is incredibly noisy with even the slightest breeze. Overall, it feels like £250 spent on something cheap and poorly made.

I’m currently trying to return it, but I'm facing issues—mainly because I no longer have all the original packaging. To make matters worse, I have to cover the £60 return shipping fee, which seems unfair given that I believe the item is faulty.

On a positive note, customer service has been responsive, and delivery was prompt. However, the delivery driver dropped it off and made a quick getaway—no help at all with moving a 34kg item. Thanks for that.

Please don't waste your money on any of the outsunny products. I have bought a shed with the wrong parts, a garden storage which hadn't been tooled, the replacement was missing screws. But the crowning glory is the greenhouse which is supplied in two boxes. After not accepting delivery of replacement box which had no end exactly same as original. I am getting told they don't have it and they can't replace or sell parts so I have greenhouse which can't be built because 17 pieces are missing not counting screws. Please save yourself avoid this company they are selling goods not fit for purpose. A

We had a 4 seater Outsunny swing seat for many years. It was fantastic. Solid with quality thick piped cushions etc. We replaced it last year with what looked like the exact same item from Outsunny. It’s rubbish. Cheap imitation. Not solid and the cushions are thin and flimsy. Full coverings are okay. Started to rust already. Felt Ripped off and disappointed and will never buy Outsunny ever again. The first seat from them from 15 years ago was amazing. 😥

Ordered cushions for outdoor chairs. When they arrived, the material looked cheap but more importantly, the cushions flattened right out when sat on. OutSunny will take them back BUT I have to pay the shipping which is costly. So I have no choice but to try selling them cheaply via social media. Poor customer service, and these were purchased through Amazon.

Very disappointed with the after service attitude except partial discount and dispose. Brought the 2mx2m pop up gazebo thinking by looking at photos advertised should stand as a square nowhere like it at all . The sides bulged out so making it larger so therefore does not fit in required place. Wayfare wete the same full refund and dispose . I will not be buying again total rip off need reporting to Trading standards.

Oursunny advertise their products with the B&Q label as B&Q are entertaining third party sellers. So far my experience of Outsunny is that they do will do things to stall accepting an item to be returned by asking you to post photo & another photo, even a consignment photo - like they don't know that I have ordered the item. Each time you respond - they then have 24 hours to respond to you to again ask another ridiculous question.

In July'24 we purchased the Outsunny Timber 2 Seater Curved Garden Swing Bench from Shedmaster. The swing arrived with missing washers, bolts and nuts which were required for the frame. OutSunny do not hold individual bags of fixings so instead they advised that they will send out another swing and I was to take out the parts I required. I had to collect the replacement swing which was half a mile away as it was delivered to the wrong address.

10 months later the swing seat snapped on the 07/05/25. The seat ends that is made from layered / moulded wood came apart. My wife and I have a combined weight of 185Kg which is well within the maximum swing weight of 230Kg. There was no swinging on the swing as we had cups of tea in our laps. The swing was covered during the autumn and winter periods. The swing only lasted 10 months. The 28 day Shedmaster warranty has lapsed and they said there is nothing they can do. I now have an expensive pile of firewood that I'll use in the winter of'25!

Bought a Gazebo 12 months ago from Outsunny. Within a year, the joints have rusted, the canvas is torn in mutiple places and there is green fungus on it. The nuts have fallen off on a couple of joints and the structure has bent in one place. I reached out to them and they say its not in 6 month warranty. I asked them to atleast send me he canvas material and they say it is not something they stock. I cant even buy the canvas from them for replacement.

Very happy with the bbq good quality, was a bit tricky to assemble but we are really happy with it, cooks food piping hot and fast, on the low setting the temp gauge got to 400f, its just what we wanted highly recommend. Bought it from BnQ on offer was £189.99 purchased for £161.99

Absolute trash.
Made from the thinest metal on earth, I've roasted turkeys in thicker foil.
Sizes incorrect, takes several people approximately 8 hours to assemble hundreds of parts. A farting dog will blow it over. Absolute trash.
Bought this through the range online. They won't reimburse the product even though it's perfectly repackaged in original packaging
I'm now in legal battle with the range over this.
It sad how the range has stopped so low as to sell such crap. For more real reviews go to YouTube and you will see this trash

Absolutely shoddy and not even a year old. We bought a 3 seater wooden swing bench it looked lovely but the wood started to come apart on the swing making it very unsafe so now we can’t use it other than to make a fire with. Would never purchase from them again.

We bought a canopy top replacement. My husband bought it from his account. The top canopy came smaller than described on the website. We said this to them. They decided to send another, once again smaller than described on the page. We keep saying is wrong size. Instead of finding smarter options all they do is find excuses to delay sending the correct one!!! Poor customer service. Don't recommend their product at all!!!

Absolute shambles of a company! The owners of outsunny products are rubbish. wouldn’t help me source the runners as mine went missing. Told me to contact mhstar who couldn’t help me either!! Why make products if you can’t/wont help with spares!! I’ve currently got an expensive shell of a gazebo with no canopy on it at the moment!!!

Ordered the Outsunny 3 Seater Grey Garden Swing Chair with Adjustable Canopy through wilkos.
Order arrived late and half the pieces are missing so we cannot assemble it.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, clearly an awful company.

Finally got built, had a lot of trouble at beginning

Ordered via Wilko with suppy from Outsunny. Do not expect any honouring of delivery dates or even to be told of changes. The left and right hand have no idea what the other is doing. The last person I spoke with was way beyond rude and actually offensive. Order cancelled and will never use Wilko or Outsunny again as both woeful. I have taken my issues directly to both also.

Do not buy from this company.ordered a 5 piece garden set from them off Amazon I was given a date for delivery but am hour before received a txt saying it's not arriving, this then happened on 3 separate occasions and all they did was blame the carrier for it, their is no phone number so all you can do is complain through Amazon, the order was for £600 when I asked for a refund they refused, thankfully Amazon refunded my money, do not buy from them.
