We bought an Outsunny 3m Banana Parasol which was kept under cover whenever not in use. Although we've had it for 4 years, it has hardly been used as we prefer to sit in the sun. The interior of the... See more

Purchased hexagon gazebo last week in March this year, arrived within 3 days, on assembly roof panel was found to have rips which looked to have been caused during the packing process. Contacted customer service, had replacement delivered within 4 days excellent service could not fault,
This is the 2nd hexagon gazebo from this company first one Purchased in 2018 was only changed due to fair wear and tear
Outsunny 6x2 poly carbonate green…
Outsunny 6x2 poly carbonate green house, where to start , I am an average Diyer ,it’s thin flimsy aluminium frame with no tolerance so you assemble part one then when you move on to part 2 part one falls apart ,if manage to get to part three part one or two fall apart ( if yo tighten it it then nothing moves( four days my partner and I have been attempting to erect this ) you have to get everything within 05 of a mill or nothing lines up tolerance is that tight 1/2 the bolts do not slide in the designed slots,it takes more than two sensible adults with 3 hands to erect this
The instructions are as clear as mud and virtually useless
My recommendation to anyone would be to look at alternatives , feel this is a complete waste of of money
Absolute garbage.
I bought an Outsunny aluminium cold frame last year but didn't get round to assembling it. I've just attempted it. I am good at DIY.
What a flimsy horrible pile of garbage it is. Poor quality aluminium fittings and the windows are very thin. I couldn't get the plastic to fit in the frame.
I gave up and binned it.
Don't waste your time with this rubbish. I would say you get what you pay for but in this case it was £60,so I didn't get what I paid for!!
Looking at the other reviews I got off light. These people are scammers don't go anywhere near.
Very poorly made outdoor rattan dining…
Very poorly made outdoor rattan dining set. None of pre drilled holes matched up and the table leg broke when trying to fix the bottom to the top.
My husband and son took ages trying to set it up, lots of swearing didn’t help.
Considering the cost which was over £650 this is very poor value for money.
I will never buy from this company again.
Considering they are placed in Wilco, a known reputable company, I am surprised they haven’t read these bad reviews and ditched Outsunny forthwith!
Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Flimsy, extremely awkward to assemble. No strength at all. Paper thin windows. Don't buy if you are under any risk of having some wind!
Came in a good packaging when got out…
Came in a good packaging when got out of box some of the wood was spit and the holes for the wooden was to big and wouldn't fit very disappointed in it
Impossible to actually receive the item
They despatched the item (a small polytunnel) with a courier who could not give a delivery day and time slot until the evening before delivery, and the only days they offered were weekdays when I'm working, thus making it impossible to be in to sign for the parcel. They also would not leave the parcel without a signature unless there was a secure place out of the rain to leave it. Thus making it impossible for me to actually ever receive the polytunnel. I ended up telling the courier to take it back.
They get 3 stars because they apologised and refunded without a quibble. I would have preferred to get the polytunnel.

AVOIDHad 4X3X2M just under a year slightest wind 1 month aga and whole thing came apart totally useless and unfit for purpose
Green house
I bought a greenhouse from them and not impressed at all. The instructions are pretty crap to follow. Parts missing took days too put up . Couldn’t finish it because of parts missing then the wind got up and destroyed it in seconds. Wouldn’t recommend them in fact don’t go near them. I got in touch with them about getting my money back and was told they don’t give money back but would send me the parts that were missing????. I explained that the green house was destroyed and couldn’t be repaired because it was twisted beyond repair. And I’m still waiting for my money back.
Absolutely terrible brought a permanent…
Absolutely terrible brought a permanent gazebo supposedly windproof 15mph winds all of the steel supports snapped that where only tacked together not welded I'm not stuck with a floor gazebo that's broken into 20 pieces messaged them and told me that my guarantee ran out 3 days ago and they couldn't help me with a replacement how convenient
Outsunny greenhouse.
Outsunny greenhouse.
What utter rubbish, first wind blew out the very thin flexible poly panels, the windows don't close allowing any breeze straight through, blowing out the panels.
Doors slide open at slightest breeze, but I struggle to wobble them open.
Construction plans so fiddly and complicated. You have to slide the panels up between guide rails, but the panels warp and rip. I gaffa taped the panels to stop them blowing out.
Any way, this greenhouse lasted 1 month before a storm lifted it off its foundation (only little clips hold it onto its base), warped and bent the aluminium structure.
Would be a great product IF built more robustly!
Purchased an Outsunny 125L Garden Cart Trolley Trailer, 4 Wheels Green in October 2022, it is a brilliant piece of garden equipment and it has made gardening so much easier than a traditional wheelbarrow. However, it perhaps gets used once every two or three weeks with lightweight leaves, trimmings etc. the frame on which it is built is too flimsy and the welds attaching the handle to the frame have failed.
My last wheelbarrow held together for over 35 years and was still usable when we gave it away.
The OUTSUNNY cart has FAILED within TWO YEARS!!
Such a shame the frame is not more robust as it was such a boon in the garden.
Outsunny’s attitude is…..Tough we only warrant it for six months!
Pretty poor for a manufacturing defect!
Ignorant company who takes your money…
Ignorant company who takes your money then tells lies, doesn't deliver then takes weeks to reimburse you, you waste your time dealing with these cowboys, best stay away if you want a proper company to deal with.
I was on the hunt for a new office desk…
I was on the hunt for a new office desk and was overwhelmed by the options available. The staff took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and they guided me to a beautiful desk that met all my criteria. The desk is not only stylish but also functional, with plenty of storage. The quality is outstanding, and I can already see it being a long-term investment. Delivery was on time, and the team was respectful of my space. I can't express enough how happy I am with my purchase.
No replacement parts- beware!
We were gifted a patio heater by a friend who passed away last month. We broke the glass inner tube and contacted the company to buy a replacement. Initially they refused to do anything (via email) without the order number which we explained we didn't have and could not ask a grieving family for. However we couldn't understand the issue as we had the serial number and were willing to pay for any replacement parts. In the end we called them and after some back and forth they checked the part. We were basically told no sorry we have no replacement parts, the only option is to wait for another faulty heater to come back and they would then repurpose the glass tube. That could take months or might never happen. They could offer no advice on where to go to buy parts and then told us it was our responsibility to source the part. So we are now having to buy a part from another company, and then pay a glass cutting company to cut it to size at stupid cost. In fact its probably going to be cheaper to just chuck the whole heater but my husband won't do it because it was gifted from someone he cared about and who is no longer with us. Just a terrible terrible customer experience.
To all you lovely people considering…
To all you lovely people considering spending your money on an Outsunny Metal Flat-Pack Shed,
1. Talk about it at length with your co-builder;
2. Brew some tea or coffee and consider: Could I imagine throwing my screwdriver at this person? ;
3. Compare the price to wooden sheds;
4. If "metalwork" still appeals, read ten more reviews;
5. Order your Outsunny product;
6. Be prepared for a late delivery;
7. Book two days off work;
8. Begin the assembly;
9. Write a review.

BUY AT OWN RISK
I bought a 6x3m greenhouse last year in October 2023 but due to no decent summer l hoped to pitch it up this year hoping for a good summer in my allotment. The frame was terrible very thin to hold such a big greenhouse and without any wind, just raining water has brought it to the ground. The company wanted me to prove that l have just pitched up and l sent them the pictures with the frames with numbers still on the frames and the box l opened but the company washed their hands off. Its unfortunatel cant attach the shoking pictures here. PLEASE BE WARNED NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS U WANT A MENTAL BREAKDOWN. BUY AT OWN RISK.
Faulty item which was kept before…
Faulty item which was kept before building it, cost a few hundred pounds, when building it a steel bar that holds the back at an angle had Two different Lengths and could not be fitted until made equal at cost, the Back and Front top gathers Water, the Curtains will Fray due to constantly rubbing on the ground.
The Company that Sold it washed their hands of it but Grabbed the Money on Faulty goods.
Will not be buying from them again nor our Family and Friends
So you have been told.
Failed to deliver visuals
Ordered two sets of rattan garden furniture. Both supposed to be 'grey' but don't actually match. Had to make contact as the 'feet pads' to stop the loungers marking my decking were missing Back and forth, no-one appeared to understand my request (despite the pads being in the product description) so ended up getting a small refund and bought items from B&Q instead! The covers appear to have to be put in on building them (their image does not show this), as once built, there is nowhere to affix them so they fly off! Lastly and worst of all, the loungers are so light that in the recent winds they have taken off. So disappointing as really wanted this to finish off my recently decked garden.
Junk product!!!!
Purchased 9x15 patio umbrella it fell apart and no time in my opinion I would not purchase it .
