I brought a outdoor swing chair through ebay, first come with a missed part, the customer service help me to sort out the problem, now I can use my first swing chair which is sturdy and comfy, happy trade!

Purchased an outsunny 6 man tent in March 24 for our holiday in September, the first bit of rain and all the stitching was porous, we had to purchase a tarpaulin to continue holiday, after contacting seller I was told I was out of warranty by 4 days so virtually tough sxxt, absolute rubbish customer care, even though they broke our contract, seller/buyer and selling a product that wasn't fit for purpose

our outsunny gazebo was badly made and even after my husband replaced parts and straightened others in the heavy rain today which does not drain through the holes as it should do we now have a pile of destruction, bent and buckled frame what a waste of £400

Bought a patio set 5/23 and all the chairs falling apart! And company says your out of 1 year warranty. Way to stand by product you sell thats 16 months old! Complete garbage.

Just taken delivery of an Outsunny garden table purchased via an EBay store. I’m absolutely amazed at the great quality of the table, plus it was superbly packaged. Thank you

The worst gazebo
The outsunny metal frame retractable roof must be the worst gazebo ever. Dents all over the frame work. The retractable roof is not waterproof. Rain water just leaks straight through. Poor poor product from outsunny.

Safe Packiging, The instruction should be have a bit more information, but it was ok to build the frame. The frame very weak. When tighten the bolts it was easy to overtighten them. Some of the frame connections was already bent. The finished frame a very light and weak structure, had to strengten it with wooden posts and a strong base. The plastic cover is the worst bit. Its easy to put it on, but many areas the sewing was loose, or the tread already missing. Some areas the 2 straight paralel sewing start to going together then both missing for a 10-15mm then started again. Had to repair this areas. 2 out of eigth windows the velcro came of at the first opening. The sewing missing. And at the end the door. On the second closing the zip kart stayed in my hands. At the bottom of the zip there is nothing to stop the kart. I put it back and intalled a stopper. Few more days later the zip stopp closing. (The material loose not too tight near the door just the plastic zip is a very poor quality one.) A week later the other side broken as well. Now I have to buy a cover for the frame, but definitely not buy this brand again.

I brought 4x3 shed grey .Well the shed is nice looking but it has no floor it took my son 7 hours to build it so many peices even door lock keeps falling off

Shocking Company.
Purchased a Beach Trolly / cart.
1st order Got sent just the frame.🫣Made a complaint. They wanted to give a discount, I said it’s not fit for purpose. Arranged a date for collection was later told to keep it. Taking a chance, Ordered a second. This arrived with a corner knob missing to hold the inner lining in place. Eventually accepted a discount, as the issue could be rectified. Parts missing on two occasions, this is not an acceptable way to run a business. Had the cheek to ask me to take down my review on their site. 😤😤

Bought a pergola with retractable roof on The Range website and not happy with it as the water pools on the canopy and have to push it up to drain the water. I was trying to get a refund but they want the pergola in sellable condition and not Used condition. How's it possible if you can only see the problem after installation? Scam!!!!

I bought this set from b&q ,thinking that it was their brand. But they're selling it for Outsunny,terrible quality,I've had it built in my garden for 2 weeks,and the legs of the table and chairs have already started rusting.would never have bought it if I knew it was from this company.

patio chairs arrived broken, sent photos and description to out sunny , who sent message back asking for photos etc so sent only to get same message back from them asking for photos etc and around and around we go, Amazon who sold them to me do nothing

Rusty rubbish. Installed a brand new electric awning last year. Taking down a broken electric rusty awning this year. Avoid these scoundrels and their rusty rubbish like a dose of the clap.

Do not use this company unless you're wanting to experience a mental breakdown. Got 2 garden table and chairs sets and they are the worst things I have ever tried to build, most the holes don't match up and are in the most difficult places to get tools in to tighten the bolts and nearly every chair is liking a rocking chair with how uneven the legs are. For the price they scam you out of for these mediocre sets I'm surprised the delivery drivers didn't turn up in balaclavas.

We purchased two chairs and a glass top table in March 2021. In Oct 2021 we stored them undercover for the winter. We noticed at the time there were slight breaks in the chairs. They’ve gradually deteriorated each summer until now where they have literally fallen to pieces. I contacted Outsunny and they explained that there was only a 6 month warranty which only covers one summer !! In comparison we have rattan furniture from 2018 which still looks like new. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I would strongly recommend that any potential customers should check reviews before purchasing any of theirs products.

I purchased an OUTSUNNY 14' x 10' Outdoor Hardtop Pergola Gazebo with Polycarbonate Roof Adjustable Height, Aluminum Frame, UV Protection, Grey, SKU: 84C-182 from AOSOM.
This is my first and LAST purchase from this Company.
The product was redesigned by Outsunny and MADE DEFECTIVE BY DESIGN.
AOSOM was unable and unwilling to acknowledge or rectify the defect, even after lengthy email communication with their customer service.
Do not purchase this product as the roof panels separate after assembly causing rain to come through!

Freestanding awning. Great idea, retractable so I wont suffer broken gazebo anymore. Great price.
Issue! It could be a bit shorter, stands 2.9 tall. As for instructions, I've never seen anything like them. Dreadful! No online tutorial either. Anyway, common sense enables construction if you take your time. When standing it's wobbly, you will need weights. I also think when windy there is potential to topple over if not weighted down, hence a little shorter. Recommendation is 60kg in weight. I'm pleased it's what I need in the garden

Very disappointed with product I bought from you.
Item.came incomplete and was offered an insulting £15 part refund to source the missing bit which after I refused upped it to £50. Not really my problem to try and find the missing part.
The part missing forms the main seating area of Chaise Lounge and on speaking to an individual who I could barely understand was informed that it is jow out of stock when you have same item on sale all be it at a higher price. I am very unhappy with your company's attitude to customers as she clearly couldn't come off script when I spoke with her.
Would give no stars if I could. This needs to be sorted out. Just concerned that if we sent the item.back that I will not receive full refund from your company.
