I recently purchased the Organic WordPress Theme from ovation themes, business it has worked really well for my website.

I also faced a small payment issue during checkout but there support team very responsive and guided me through the process. On top of that, they even help me with the basic theme set up on my server which made everything much easier for me.

Overall i am very happy with the theme quality, design flexibility, and the support experience. Definitely recommend for business website.

Honestly, this is the smoothest gutenberg theme I've worked with so far. Setup was quick, no confusion, everything just worked right out of the box. Clean design, practical features, and perfect for car repair website. Saved me a lot of time.

Boy I wish I had read these reviews first. These guys are non-existent do not give them your money. They don't send you keys. They take your money, then ZIP. They don't answer emails. You can only describe them as being a scam.

The themes are absolutely horrible and does not work. especially the professional the one login business pro.

The theme is beautiful and practical, and I quickly get help to solve problems when I encounter them. Very good!

I initially left a positive review and provided constructive feedback on areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the repeated insistence on giving a 5-star rating — combined with the implication that support would only continue after doing so — felt like pressure and borderline blackmail. Because of this, I am lowering my rating to 2 stars.

My first review was genuinely meant to be helpful. Persistently pushing for a perfect rating while issues remain unresolved is unacceptable. Technical problems should be addressed on their own merits, not made conditional on the rating I provide.

I have experienced multiple issues while using this product/theme:

The theme is advertised as mobile-friendly, yet on my site the mobile menu did not function properly. Even after contacting support, menu colors on mobile still did not match the desktop version.

Many colors cannot be fully adjusted, despite the settings suggesting they should be. When support does make changes, they are often applied only to the homepage, leaving subpages unchanged. This results in repeated emails and unnecessary delays. When purchasing a template, one reasonably expects consistent color control across the entire site — not partial fixes.

Widgets cannot be properly managed. I explicitly asked for widgets to be removed, but instead they were merely moved. As a user, I cannot remove them myself. Even when an “off” toggle is disabled in the settings, the widget remains visible on the site. An off button should mean off.

There is no clear information on where or how to enter the license key after purchasing the theme.

Support does respond, but very slowly and in very small steps, which stretches simple fixes over a long period of time and creates unnecessary frustration.

Being repeatedly pressured to leave a 5-star review while issues are still unresolved significantly worsens the experience.

Overall, this process has been time-consuming, inefficient, and unclear. There is potential in the product, but the current workflow requires far too much effort for results that should work out of the box. Constant emailing for adjustments, inconsistent behavior between desktop and mobile, limited customization, and the pressure for a perfect rating make this experience exhausting.

I am giving 2 stars only because some effort is made to fix issues — but many problems remain unresolved. Both the product itself and the support workflow need significant improvement.

I wrote a review about this company about two weeks ago because their customer service is non-existent, and they do not support their clients or respond to emails unless a negative review is put on the internet.
After I posted my review, a person named Peter Williams asked me to send in a link to my hosting company so he could find out the reason my theme was not displaying properly. He wanted me to send him my admin log-in access to a general support email address. I asked him for his direct email address so I knew who was getting my sign-in information. He never responded. I asked 3 more times, and I never received any further response. This company is not to be trusted. I will write an update every day until I get a satisfactory response from Peter Williams and ovationtrthemes.com

It took some time to get in touch, but after that things were handled well.

I bought their theme bundle mostly for 1 theme I wanted, but I thought, what the heck, I will pay for the bundle, maybe it may be useful. I have built probably 15 wp websites until now. I have never found one to be so bad. It wont let you make basic changes ( even with css) and when you try to update a change you get an error code, the only way to solve it, is to refresh the page over and over again. I made the misatke of wasitng countless hours until i reached out to them. They said they will fix it if I provide them access, which I did, and then sent them an email to notify them. And then nothing, only after I reached out again and a week later they said again they will help and that they never received the email ( which was in the same thread), still no refund and no help from them. Save yourself time, money and aggravation! stay away!!

I purchased a "Bundle" from Hostgator web theme update link, but not only can I not update the header and footers (PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home1/tlohfhte/public_html/wp-content/themes/business-consulting-pro/functions.php:716) in /home1/tlohfhte/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1453)
But I only received 112 of 125 themes that I paid for and no one will reply to why. Themes are useless if you cannot update address or phone numbers in header and footers....

Well i am happy to change the rating based on the license. I was under the impression if we picked the bundle as an agency we would get unlimited websites but when we install it just says limits to 10 is this correct. BTW the these are great
