I was a bit unsure during my first purchase, so I reached out to support with a couple of questions about installation. The support team was very responsive and guided me step-by-step until everything was set up correctly. They even helped correct a login issue within hours. It felt genuinely helpful and not like a generic auto-response something you don’t always get with theme providers.

Purchased the Premium Bundle but found it completely different from the free version – multiple required plugins, some with aggressive upselling, significantly worse performance, no content migration possible.

Requested a refund and offered to have my license deactivated (so they get the "product back"), but they refused. Support takes ages to respond and keeps asking for WordPress admin access instead of addressing the refund request – even though this isn't a technical support issue.

Their "no refund" policy ignores EU consumer rights. Poor customer service and stalling tactics.

The free version works perfectly – just stick with that.

You advertise "30 Days Refund Policy" but denied my refund request made ON THE PURCHASE DAY. How is this consistent?

The issue isn't a technical bug requiring screenshots - it's undisclosed paid plugin subscriptions that weren't mentioned in your product description. This is hidden costs, not something support can "fix."

Your delayed response here vs. immediate refund denial shows where the priorities lie.

The theme is designed nicely, and when I experienced a problem getting it installed, the support was great! Cretathemes ensured the theme was installed and functional quickly and professionally.
