The 2x cleaners that turned up were personable, cleaned the range oven and extractor fan, we have moved into a new house and wanted it cleaning. Just as they were about to leave i asked them to show me it was all working OK. It wasn't! 2x gas rings on the hob no longer stayed lit, whereas they had the previous evening when we had cooked on it. They spent another 10x mins trying to get them to stay lit, which thru couldn't, so we suspect they have damaged the thermocoupleon both rings cleaning them. They put a call into the office to get an engineer out, 2x days later im still waiting! Ive called them numerous times and been fobbed off! Ive now booked in a BG engineer to come and rectify them breaking my gas hob rings! I haven't paid the remainder of the balance as the BG call out is costing me £125 AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give anyone any advice about these lot is stay well clear of them.
The communication is shocking I got no email text or phone call to say that they received my deposit or to confirm my date that they would be coming.
You book an appointment for in the morning just for them to come at 14.00.
And you WILL receive a text say that that oven cleaner is running late do yourself a favour and read the reviews I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS LOT EVER AGAIN

This is the state I was left with AFTER a so called professional (ox28 Tony) oven clean on Monday this week (it doesn’t give the option to upload pics for some reason, but the state my oven was left in is disgraceful). It took me three hours to clean up the mess they left behind, and to finish what they started, by cleaning the oven myself.

They didn’t take any parts off the oven to clean it properly, simply gave everything a quick wipe over, which I could’ve done myself. I was left with old excess food, old grease around the doors, seals and knobs, and a huge puddle of grease damaging my laminate floor and resulting in me having to tip my oven sideways to clean the puddle that had seeped underneath. Furthermore, the grease had been stood in and walked through my entire kitchen and through to my hall, along with black bits that had been scraped from the oven and left on the floor.

I did not hire a professional only to endure 3 hours of hard manual labour doing the job myself. What an absolute waste of money this was.

I contacted customer services the same day, who offered a re clean. Obviously I declined. Firstly, I had already spent 3 hours doing it myself therefore there was nothing to clean. Secondly, why would I let them back into my house when they are clearly incompetent with no hygiene standards, and no standards regarding quality of service. I was then told to put my complaint into an email, along with the photos/videos. I asked how long I would expect to wait for a response, to which was told 24-48 hours.

I sent the email immediately, reiterating that I would wait until closing time Wednesday for a response (which was more than generous since this was slightly more than 48 hours).

Fast forward to today (Thursday), no response. I received a short and bland email this morning merely offering (again) a re clean. I then realised, not only were the cleaners incompetent, but also their customer service staff. I replied three times today; reiterating what I stated in my first complaint email. No response.

Fast forward to this afternoon, I called them, again. The person told me they would speak to their colleague dealing with the matter and get them to call me right back. It is now 5pm, nothing.

I have given them more than ample opportunity to rectify this situation by simply giving a refund. They have chosen to ignore me. I have even chased through their Facebook page. Given that they have ruined my laminate floor, I think a refund is the very least they could do!

AVOID these scam artists like the plague! I would not want anyone to ever experience what I have.

I will not give up either. I tried to negotiate a solution and failed. I will therefore be taking the next necessary legal steps regarding both the refund, AND the damaged flooring!

OXTony arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our ovens. My husband is the cook and never cleans up so Tony had very messy ovens and racks to clean. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Had my oven and hob cleaned today by Jacob and Michael. I would rate them 5 stars, my oven is sparkling clean, they were both very respectful of my property and left no mess at all. Excellent service thank you , I will be sure to book in again.

Easy to book, although I did request morning appointment and the email confirmed it as afternoon.

The engineer was great, really helpful, took the time to answer questions on dismantling the door when I asked him and most importantly did a great job - my oven looks like new again 👍

Steve who cleaned our oven was fantastic. Can’t fault him for his customer service and the job he did.

With the office team, I was NOT told at the start of the process about a £25 surcharge they added for being in a 2nd floor flat. That was poor and I raised this the day before the booking. They waived the charge in the end but something to watch out for. Did not feel genuine at all.

However, Steve was excellent and he gets 5 stars!

Rhys contacted me 20 minutes beforehand to check the location and advise estimated arrival time. He is a pleasant chap who worked quickly, methodically and cleanly. My oven is sparkling clean and it was all done in around 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend the service to others. Thank you.
