Very convenience... customer support response very quick.. The staffs are very kind.. I remember I mistakenly send a TopUp to a wrong number.They couldn’t refund it because it has been send already BUT TO MY SURPRISE THEY GIVE ME PRESENTS 100 PERCENT THE AMOUNT OF WHAT I MISTAKENLY SEND TO A WRONG NUMBER. And I use the precent to resend TopUp to the correct Number... really appreciate.
