Overstocked Reviews 

I have only ordered one chest of drawers so far and spent 5 1/2 hours putting it together. Not hard but many parts. Absolutely nothing was pre-assembled and there were approximately 75 dowels to glue and install, 55 screws, etc. I purchased it because it was made with real natural wood. Everything has worked out fine. The only complaint I have is that the finish was below par. There are dents, scratches and nicks on parts that show. I will fix them but they should have been caught during their quality control. Overstock is not blamed for these issues but are responsible to vet their suppliers better.

Hello, this is my first time buying anything from overstock and I'm just now reading the reviews and OMG! they are all bad I should have read the reviews first but I hope I don't have the same issue as other who had very bad experiences..so I pray my 1 little tent be here on time with no damage..Overstock please get it together so you guys can keep costumer it's not cool to take from people and sale junk

A scam company from China. Foolishly ordered two items in July. Got only one in September. Email address customer service does not exist. I thought they were overstock.com which is legit and reliable. I am still getting emails about bargain sales and respond to those without success.

Indeed a scam. I bought 3 clock rings in July and never received them. No one responded via phone or email and now the email doesn't exist. USD 82 down the drain.

Do not buy from them as they will not deliver.

"We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store" is a lie, or perhaps what I purchased falls under the third-party disclaimer. I ordered one thing and received another cheaper version that was not even close to what was described. And it was shipped from E-Moon Asia Co. out of China. I thought I would be protected by PayPal, but the company will only refund my money if I ship the product back - to Vietnam - which costs more than I paid for the product to begin with. Total scam. And by the way, the page for the product I ordered was removed before I started a claim with PayPal. Steer clear of this website.

The worst! They lie and cheet you out of your money. They do not respond. I recommend you never use this company

WORST Company ever!!! Do not purchase anything from them. Customer Service cannot be reached. 100% saisfaction Guarantee is an absolute joke. Do not waste you money here !!!

I wish I had sighted these absolutely terrible reviews before I ordered my 2 x jars of Leather Restorer. They took my money 46.73 USD within hours of order and I waited over four weeks to receive 1 x very small jar. I have complained via email with photos of small jar on package and photo of Quantity and Description but nil response to date. The delivered package clearly shows Qty 2 on Description of Contents but the package is so small, only one (1) small jar could fit inside. I would definitely NOT recommend this Company to anybody regardless of what they offer. I intend to escalate this issue if I do not hear from them and this is settled to my satisfaction within days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor Poor Poor. Item advertised on facebook and bought via paypal. Item not delivered. Complained and got emails back and forth.. Then complained to paypal who messed me about then company decided to deliver and sent me a tracking number. Fake tracking number. Complained some more and get sent a real tracking number. Away on holidays when it got delivered and came home to an empty bag sent from Malasia! Complained and got asked to send a photo of the bag. They agreed to refund paypal. Refund didnt complete now paypal and are refusing to help as its over 30 days. Avoid this company Overstocked... Linked to Deal Heven and paymet to Trexecom.inc.

I ordered the leather restore cream and it is horrible
It goes on and does not wipe off very easily and DOES NOT restore leather
This firm needs to be reported

If i could i would give NO STARS! I ordered 3 pillows in May and still haven't received them. I have emailed multiple times and no one is responding to my email. SCAMMERS!

I ordered the side sleeper pillow. It is FLIMSY! It took several weeks to arrive and is JUNK!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! I ordered 2 pair of shoes on June 24th and have not received them yet on Aug. 21st. Keep getting the run around about why I'm not getting them. I wish I would have read all the reviews sooner. I will spread the word do not order from Overstocked!!!!!!

I ordered mid July and if I put in the tracking number it says it was delivered. I received nothing Rip Off. Stay away don’t buy anything from these crooks

TOTAL scam! They tell you the product has shipped with a bogus tracking application. NEVER shipped and never received! Had to fight with paypal to get a credit back.. and I WON! Thank god! Biggest rip off company BEWARE!!!
