Avoid!! Claxon!! Bad product and service.
I see other reviews of this company have started to appear now. I wish they’d been here when I ordered a pillow from them.
It took a month to arrive (from where I do not know). The Sleep Buddy Pillow was not as advertised and was cheap, crunchy and unsuitable for resting my head upon. So I contacted them for their 100% money back guarantee.
They’re arguing with me via email, saying their product meets the description (of course they’ll say that - otherwise they’re breaking the law!) and that I must pay the return shipping, when it is they who falsely advertise their product and say returns are free.
Avoid this company and save your money and peace of mind. I don’t know if I have legal recourse but I’ve probably used up in aggro an amount equal to what I’d get refunded.

Buyer beware when ordering from overstocked.us
If I could give them less than one star, I would. Buyer beware. Their website states a 100% money back guarantee. I purchased two pillows from the December 31. I received a package that was wrapped in plastic with tape all over it from China on January 30. When I pulled the pillows out, they were not the product I ordered. They are flat, lumpy, not filled properly, and are much smaller than they appear. Very cheap and flimsy. Their website advertises 100% money back guarantee. They also advertise 24/7 support. When you call, it goes straight to voicemail. When you email, you get a canned response. Their website says that they have a warehouse for returns in Portland. When they finally emailed me back, they said I had to send these pillows back to China. They said I should also get a tracking number. I spent $50 on these pillows, plus I paid shipping, and I should not need to send them back to a foreign country! Be afraid, and run from this company as fast as you can!!!!

More Chinese junk and terrible customer service.
Took a month to finally get my Multi Function Leather conditioner. I tried it and it did not perform nearly like the photos on their website. They state 100% Customer satisfaction but they want the product returned unopened in original container and I pay for shipping. How could I try it without opening it? They want a photo of the "Broken product". How can a little tub of leather conditioner be "broken "? Bottom line, it is Chinese junk, overpriced crap from China, like everything else I have ever mistakenly purchased from that country. Customer service sucks. Website is false advertising. Stay away from Overstocked.us
