I ordered back on halloween and my order still hasn't been shipped and you're asking for a review? Ship my stuff in a timely manner and we're off to a much better start.

Well, you've been notifying me to leave a review for something that took a while to ship..Daily. maybe look into that. I was excited to start with the hair mask last night...but my hair could not have felt worse. Maybe cut back on the 80% alcohol and try actual tablespoons of oil :(

I love this product. The color is vibrant and my hair always feels so soft after every use.

At first, I was very frustrated with my purchase. I had paid for expedited shipping because I needed this product before a trip I was taking. The product never arrived, and I had ordered two weeks in advance.
I contacted customer support and they were very kind and understanding, offering me a full refund.
I was thankful that they understood, and immediately put in another purchase so that I'd have the products when I returned from my trip.
Not only was customer support so helpful, but I received extra product for the inconvenience. A remedy mask and scalp brush. They have gone above and beyond to keep a customer happy. I will only but from this company from now on. The product is superb and so is their customer support.

I have not received my order placed 2 weeks ago.

The hair color doesn't work as well as it did five years ago, and the colors aren't even remotely as shown on the swatches on the site. Thank goodness for user reviews.

I ordered the Cherry Chestnut, and although the product itself looked red, the result was... purple. It's a nice, subtle purple, and I get lots of compliments on it, but I had my heart set on a reddish hue.

Beautiful color; easy to apply, long lasting.

I requested a change of color and was assured it happened. I received two orders my original color and the color I requested and was charged for both. I was charged more for the one I wanted and am unable to return the other one. When I tried the system wouldn’t let me and I can’t reach a real person to talk to about this.

I am in love with this new color. It’s this bright beautiful teal. It takes to both my grays and browns so beautifully. I think it’s my favorite yet!

The color is not correct. It is not as vivid as it used to be when I used this product back in the day. I'm sad too bc this brand/product kept my hair in check, like fire engine red check, until it was time to redo my roots. I feel like they changed the formula. They sent gloves as if it were going to stain my hands and it didn't even stain my hair.

I like how overtone is easy to apply at home and gives me the creative freedom to mix and match and switch things up every 4-8 weeks as the colors fade from being washed.

Great colors, very pigmented so they last much longer

I have used a conditioning dye in the past, and it gave me a nice red tint. I don't expect it to be vibrant, since my hair is brown, but there was no trace of the color at all. I used the whole container and left it in my hair for longer than what was suggested. I have medium length type 4 hair.
