I have medium brown hair with natural blond highlights that pick up color well. I bought the Emerald Overtone since I was going to be Disgust from Inside Out for Halloween. All this color did was made my hair all the same muddy darker brown color. Not even a hint of green or greenish tint. This is the first time I have had a purchase from Overtone not come out as planned.

Phenomenal I tried this for the 1st time on my brown hair with money pieces. I left it in for 60 min for the best results and it left it so shiny and gorgeous

I have never received my product, I ordered Oct 17, said I should receive by Oct 24th. I have not received it So I just reordered and would like my money back for the first order please,

They changed the formula of their color depositing masks, but didn't make that information public. I had to ask because not only did the mask have a different texture, it left a blue stain on my scalp when I was using a purple color. This is not the first time they have changed things with no information to their customers. This is not acceptable, especially on a product that gets applied directly on your body. I will be switching to a different product line.

Gloves not included in the order, same color as before just renamed so thinking it was a different new color, not even the item ordered - example ordered vivid lilac and pastel purple showed up.

I was sent the wrong product and it was easy to let them know and get my correct items

This color disappeared from the lineup for a very long time, so I was overjoyed when I saw that it was back! The dark green was my favorite. I opened the product and it still smelled the same (amazing) but the consistency was different and the container wasn't as full as I remembered. I used the entire thing over three attempts across multiple days, trying to urge the product to do anything, and it was honestly a pathetic result. This is not the same as it was and I am very disappointed.

Great color. Leaves hair soft and shiny. Great customer service.

I ordered 10/11 and it said it would take 3-7 days to be delivered. It’s now 11/2 and still has yet to be shipped.

The “titanium silver” turned my light blonde hair completely turquoise blue. Now I’ve ordered your shampoo for toner and dye remover! I sure hope this works. I only used the toner around my face. It’s not a silver color at all. Very disappointing

Color did not deposit like stated . Very minimal change. Only plus is it conditions hair Would not buy again very underwhelming

It didn't turn my hair intended color. I did it twice within a 3 day period and didn't do much at all. I bought the silver and out it on bleached hair but just took a bit of the yellow out of hair.

I never got it. I was charged but it was never delivered

I ordered two sample colors in a two for one deal and only ever got one - requests to the company only received automatic meaningless replies.
So I can't comment on the product!
But customer service doesn't exist. Maybe they'll see this complaint and finally respond.

I ordered on October12, and still haven’t received my order. They said they were sending it, and I don’t even have a tracking number! It’s impossible to reach anyone and only email gets a response. Absolutely not ordering from here again. I still have no product and it’s Nov1st!!!!

Love the new packaging 📦 eco friendly very nice. All products arrived so fast, and in act can't wait to use the nww bleach kit, never done home bleach so this will he interesting. Wish me luck!

I've used overtone purple for years love it but the smoky lavender turned my hair 15 different colors and had to be applied 3 days in a row to achieve any color at all

I've used and loved Overtone products for years, but something has changed recently. When my last order arrived I noticed immediately that the containers for the color depositing conditioner were literally half the size of what I was getting before, and the product itself was more watery.

So I'm paying the same price for less than half as much and a lower quality product. With the conditioner being runnier than it used to be, it's harder to keep it from running down my face and staining my skin compared to the thicker product I got before. I'll use up what I have but I'm not sure I will continue ordering

Bought product for an event, 21-day service window has passed and product has still not arrived. I will not have time to test the product before the event, so unlikely that I will be able to use it even if it does arrive in the next few days.
