Love overtone! Vibrant purple is my “go-to” color !

Shipping has taken a VERY long time, especially considering I was charged almost $9

Customer service is a disaster. Tried to cancel several times before anything even happened and they just held the item for like a week and a half and then shipped it even after three times trying to cancel it. I took it up with PayPal in order to get my money back and then they fussed about that they told me to keep it even after I told him I didn’t want it. I went and got something else because the shipping time was so long and they sent me something I didn’t want Will not buy from the store again.

Can't use the mask or conditioner, can't get past the smell it gives me an instant headache and it does nothing to cover my grays. The curl spray is like water and does a little to tame frizz but not really much else. Shine spray weighs hair down and makes it look greasy/oily.

I've been using Overtone for a long time. All your products are of excellent quality. They are an essential part of my hair care.

This product is so easy to use and does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do!

The color did not stay in at all. Used it on 2 different people and 2 different hair colors..

I love this company, their ingredients don't cause allergic reactions and culture is super cool and I'd buy from them forever - if it worked. Every time I buy it now, it doesn't work as well. It used to be perfect, it easily covered grey hair and left a vibrant color through multiple washings - now the color doesn't take, there's always grey hair it hasn't colored at all and within 1 washing, it's like I haven't done it. Something clearly changed in the formula and I'm having to buy more to cover less for less time.

This product is and has always been easy to use. Provides great results with every color. Bonus my hair does not feel dry. That makes me a happy camper.

I've been using Overtone for a few years and I always get compliments on my hair. I'm 65 years old and the compliments come from teenager and older people. I feel the formula has changed. The pastel purple (lilac lotus) has a slight bluish tint. Also I've noticed it's not as slippery in the shower. Which I like.

Overtone gives rich beautiful deep color especially the Espresso mask.What I appreciate especially is the way it conditions the hair as it works.Hair is soft and shiny after coloring.Box color strips the hair of oils leaving it dry and tendency to look dull.Try Overtone you will be pleasingly surprized.

Where is my package? Where is the communication? I have heard nothing since placing my order with Overtone except plenty of emails advertising their products. I ordered products and joined monthly repeating shipments but I’m going to cancel the entire order if I don’t hear from Overtone today.

I just love this product. No matter what color I've used they're vibrant long lasting and make your hair so soft!

I ordered a duo set of ruby red mask & conditioner. Only the conditioner arrived but I was billed for both and the email says all was delivered. I emailed and asked about this and have received no response. But they did later send the missing item at no charge.

Easy to use, easy to care for my hair and it looks great!

I believe that Overtone has changed formulation. And it's not good.
