I waited a long time for delivery. I then had the matress swapped a couple of times due to it dipping the first time and being curved the second time. Third mattress was slightly better but again started to dip and is really uncomfortable. It also doesn't fit flush with the bed - slightly short. I've ended up sleeping in the spare room with the old ikea mattress that is much comfier despite being over 10 years old. Really dissapointed I spent around 2k on this. The customer service was generally good... although I wish I'd never bought it.

Delivery was as scheduled and the team were efficient and friendly. Took away old mattress and installed new one on the bed. Very happy with new mattress. Highly recommend this company

We’ve had our super king mattress for 2 years now..
Pros; beautifully made, great quality, looks & feels expensive, firm but comfortable & has kept its ‘shape’.

Cons; weighs a ton, not sure how you’d manage to turn it if you were on your own or less able bodied & if you were moving house it would be near impossible to shift it down some stairs our get it through a doorway. If your bed partner likes to bounce around in their sleep like mine does 🙄 there is no motion ‘dampening’, so you feel every movement they make which can disturb your own sleep

I have never slept on bedding like this! It was so amazing that I bought another set. I actually said to my husband “now I know what the royal family sleep in” It is be FAR the BEST bedding ever. I would highly recommend it as the quality is amazing and I have had such a good sleep. I could never buy any other make than what this company produces. Buy buy buy 🙏

The sleep mask is well made in a beautiful dark blue silk fabric. It is a deep mask, with a wide strap that goes around the head. I found the fastenings a little too bulky when lying on my back. Side lying was a bit easier to overcome the bulkiness of the connectors. I am not sure why, but a few times I have woken to find the mask has slipped off. I have also taken the mask off when I have had a disturbed night’s sleep - and I can’t say that is a flaw or fault with the product - but that just might be me!

Firstly, I am very impressed by the excellent communication from Hafiz. Secondly, the bed linen I ordered is wonderfully soft and a dream to sleep in!
The gold poppers on the duvet cover are a lovely ‘surprise and delight’ touch, as well as the Owl+Lark logo printed on the fitted sheet. I loved the packaging; the boxes and bags I can use for other things, delivery was quick too.

The mattress we purchased is amazing quality, look forward to going to bed every night. Also purchased the fitted sheet, which is perfect and so comfy now purchased the bed linen as well. Fantastic, professional company, and the beautiful packaging is perfect touch as well.

I haven’t used a sleep mask before, and now I don’t know why! Slept like a log!

Frankly the best mattress have ever had. Back aches gone, endometriosis flare ups improved as getting better, deeper sleep and not disturbing my hubby ( or other way round ) if we get in/out of bed at different times or now rarely, fidget. It’s a joy and I’d fight anyone who tried to take it off my bed.

This company stood out for its positive ethos and focus on wellbeing. Good sleep is important to me for recovery, especially after a busy day and demanding fitness regime. I haven't felt so well rested in years!

It’s already been said. Best mattress I’ve owned. But it is also the the best mattress I have slept on for my lower back. I sleep deeper, longer, and linger after waking just to enjoy the bliss of feeling like I’m floating on water. I’ve traveled the world, lucky enough to have staid at a few five star hotels - this mattress easily compares if not better.

Had an issue with our original mattress sagging however the team were very helpful and arranged a replacement straight away so cannot fault the customer service. Looking forward to my new mattress as they are beautifully made and comfortable.

Cant recommend Owl & Lark enough their Customer service has been excellent! Had a slight problem with delivery but was sorted quickly and efficiently, special thanks to Hafiz for all his help, myself and my wife love the mattress excellent quality you won’t be disappointed!

I had little communication after placing my order, however once I made contact the service level was stepped up to an excellent level.
The Owl + Lark Super King Mattress is exactly as stated by the company.... most importantly I get a good nights sleep and feel completely comfortable.
I can't recommend the mattress highly enough.

I never had a fitted sheet that was really any good, so after some research decided on Owl +Lark. It came beautifully packaged and in its own little bag and when I put it on the bed I was amazed at how lovely the material was - it literally fitted itself to my mattress. This sheet doesn’t move and doesn’t crease I was amazed and the first night I consequently ordered a second one - beautiful linen and I am going for the duvet and pillows next - highly recommended and worth every penny.

Haven’t slept so well ever. I can now see the difference between the softest cotton sheet and the owl and lark sheets. Soft is an understatement. That goes for all the bedding we purchased.
