I was having issues with my account

I was having issues with my account. Apparently I had two accounts are they had put my account we review. But within a day of a few back and forth emails, the issue was resolved. Extremely quick to respond, very willing to help resolve any problems, and friendly too. I am
Looking forward to purchasing the item I wanted through ownable. They seem to be a company that cares about their customers. Five stars!

I keep receiving emails stating that I…

I keep receiving emails stating that I owe money or missing payments when I have made each payment in a timely manner. I called. They told me it was a glitch in their system and not to worry. I received a call today saying that I signed an agreement to pay 1000 dollars for a tv that was worth 541 when I bought it. Now they are trying to charge me 500 more and they have no clue what leasing agreement they offered me. Very unprofessional.

Ownable is a great service for those that can’t get traditional financing

Ownable is a great service for those that have credit issues but also for anyone in general. It’s approval process was quick and easy and I got my purchase from Bestbuy the next day! Customer service have been incredible and usually always responds within a couple hours! I’m now onto my 3rd rental through them and still amazed. Yes you pay a little more than just using a loan from someone but this is geared toward helping people they can’t get loans. It’s also a rent to own situation that you can walk away from by returning the merchandise at any time.
