Their defi wallet has a different…
Their defi wallet has a different "path" (support agent's words) of derivating the wallet from a pass / seed phrase. It generates another wallet when trying to recover an old one. Buggy, insecure app, at least their defi wallet, only thing I used. If their centralized part is good, I didn't test. They should disable the defi wallet or warn clearly that the 12 words passphrase we have to restore a wallet, won't work, unless u're trying to restore their own wallet. Then it's not defi anymore. Confusing.
Reply to their response: then warn that the wallet is not De-fi, because it certainly seems so. It doesn't even say "this is a Ownr only wallet, not defi, don't try to recover traditional defi wallets". It should warn. I put my defi passphrase there and right after got my funds stolen.
