Really fantastic service and delivery. Bought some cute little summer dresses from here and they all arrived within the estimated two weeks. The clothes are so cute and completely on trend so cannot wait to wear them out and about.

If i could put 0 star i would’ve done it because this is a scam pls guys don’t waste your money here they stole my money i made an order 7 months ago and haven’t received it yet i tried to contact their company and they never replied my order was $35 and i lost it. Also everyone is getting scam and people try to advertise others but the company delete every bad comments on their page i am so mad i want at least my money back yall can get your cheap clothes!

I don't really write reviews, period. But I am honestly disgusted by the treatment I have received trying to a get a refund, that I've given up. I have been trying to get a refund for an item never even processed on their end from July 2020, I started in January 2021 and stopped trying in April 2021. I have been ghosted by this company 5 times, and have only been responded to through Instagram. They don't check their email! Please don't order because if your items don't make their way to you, you're screwed.

I bought a lot of clothes from Own Saviour at the start of April and after no word about the development, I opened a Paypal dispute to get a full refund as I no longer wanted any of the clothes. I'm assuming that they saw my dispute and instead of getting in contact with me to resolve the issue, they ignored my emails that told them I no longer wished to receive the clothes and shipped my order, which I doubt that they would have done if I had not opened a Paypal dispute. This company is a scam, and my experience is not unique. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY.
Edit as a reply to Own Saviour's comment: I first received an email talking about my shipping on the 7th of May, and I opened my Paypal dispute on the 30th of April. Not even going into the fact that you've clearly lied and I have proof of my Paypal dispute and the fact that the first time you emailed me was on the 7th of May, this is the first time I have heard back from your company after emailing you on two separate occasions. It seems as though you only want to address your poor customer service and unhappy customers when they ask for a refund or leave you a bad review. I am deeply disappointed and will be continuing to fight for a refund.

I made an order a month ago and have heard NOTHING. Ive reached out through email, through instagram, and the only response I got was through Twitter where I was told the item was on the way (which seemed to have been a LIE)!! Customer service is lacking and I feel like I’ve been scammed.

If I had read the reviews on here before buying from own saviour then I probably wouldn’t have bought anything, but I’m so glad that I did do. The team are really helpful and respond really quickly on social media and can’t do enough for you. I was waiting for my tracking for quite a while and spoke with them in DMs and it turns out I’d put my old e-main address in so it was totally my fault. When my order arrived, it came in a couple of separate grey packages a day or so apart but the clothing was more than enough to convince me to place a second order. I can only comment on my own personal experience with this store and I love it and will continue to shop here until otherwise.

I have to assume that the positive reviews on here are fake. Like the other real reviewers, I ordered weeks ago- order is "still processing" and customer service will not respond to my emails/DMs. They are also removing my instagram comments from their posts. I will be reporting them to the FTC and calling Action Fraud in the UK. Really wish i had read the reviews before ordering. If you're thinking about ordering- DONT.

Ive ordered from them over two weeks ago and my order still hasn't been processed. I also never recieved a tracking number. I reached out to them and they said they would help but GHOSTED me :(

I found Own Saviour through an ad on Instagram and completely loved the aesthetic of the shop. I’ve placed three orders over the last 12 months and although the pandemic has affected delivery times, I’ve always been happy with both the service provided and the items I have received.

Been using own saviour for a number of months now and it’s become one of just a few places I shop online for clothes now. Never been disappointed with the service or the clothing. Any issue I have had, the team there have been very helpful and I was refunded swiftly for a missing item in one of my orders.

Despite my clothes being delivered separately and taking just over two weeks, I can say that the clothes are perfect. They look perfect and fit perfect. Really, really happy.

My order got delivered today! 100% satisfied. The clothes are so cute and even though I haven’t had the chance to try most of it on, I already love them! Delivery took roughly three weeks in total from the date I ordered which include some time for processing but you do receive tracking information so you can follow your order and it’s pretty simple.

My saga with trying to get a refund from Own Saviour continues...
After posting a negative review here about not getting a refund from them someone has emailed me very quickly saying that if I send a proof of postage they will honour it and refund and could then edit my review. I sent it straight away but as of today 10 days on, not a word from them and no refund.
Hence another bad review and I am considering informing Trading Standards now. They can't be scamming already strapped for cash students like this!

I made an order in February and I still have received no notification of when it will arrive. At this point I just want a refund but they will not respond to my DMs on Instagram. Terrible customer service.
