I ordered some clothes in April and it still says my order is being processed. They won’t respond to my emails, DMs, and they delete comments off their Instagram about where everyone’s order is. A complete scam, I’m upset because I’m a college student with very little money, and I ordered from here because it’s cheap. I’m super angry and I want my money back.

Ordered my friends present weeks ago now and still have not received any information on it. Tried contacting them through Instagram and they have not replied back since. Very annoying considering it was a birthday gift

This shop delivered on everything I wanted from it, which was good quality clothing, speedy delivery and good customer service.

Like many of the other reviews when it comes to the quality and fit of the clothing this store exceeds expectations. For the price I paid, I was completely surprised by how nice the clothes felt and sat on me / very flattering. I would say that you should double check the sizing because some items tend to run small, but aside from that, it’s a place I will shop at again for sure

Hi I recently ordered some clothing off your website on April 25, 2021, and I have yet to receive any information on rather it has been packed and shipped. I go to your website to see if there’s any information on it but it still says “your order is being processed.” I also contacted you on Instagram and email but you guys never replied back within 72 hours.

I’ve just received my items after waiting over a month, they don’t even fit so went onto the website for a refund and it’s saying there’s an error and it’s not working. I emailed and dm them on insta and no response, terrible customer service, don’t recommend anyone buying from the website!!!!

I couldn’t love my Own Saviour order more. I bought some amazingly colourful halter tops for summer, so I’m just waiting for the sun now lol. Sizing and quality is great and the delivery time was as suggested, so it was a great experience overall.

I am very disappointed, I made an order last December and have been trying to get in contact with them but never got any help or updates on where my order is. There was this one time they responded and told me my order was lost in transit, they asked if I wanted it resented but after this I got no response! It’s been 6 months, save your money. I also heard that the items come separately which is very unorganised.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Bought items last December and chased them for my items many times through email and IG and never got a response or my goods. They have scammed me!

I’m always hesitant to buy from international companies bc of shipping costs but their prices seemed reasonable & I got an ad for some pieces that I thought would be perfect for my best friend’s birthday gift. A week later I have not gotten a shipping confirmation, which is fine, but they have not responded to my email either asking when the items are expected to ship. I was really excited to get these clothes & will change my review if they contact me, but I paid an international transaction fee so I’d like my order to ship. I hope they aren’t a scam.

I’ve been a loyal customer of own savior for years and love the clothes. Customer service have always been professional, friendly and polite to me. Great experiences every time.

I’m only giving one star because I see that I can get a response from them on here unlike their email. I ordered on April 26th and have not gotten any updates or tracking information. I’m really upset bcus I spent a lot of money on this website. My order # is 67169 pls give me an update :( -thank u

Soooo tired of online companies taking money like holy 158.88£ bought April 30 at 8:04 pm and it’s been 13 days n I’ve gotten no updates no emails nothing. If I lose my money I’m going to be rlly pissed

Great clothing, great customer service, good delivery times and communication

Awful experience I spend around 100 dollars on 6 different items only to receive 1 of them. I contacted them...they ghosted me. So unprofessional I want a refund forget the janky clothes. I tried asking for one but no response. It’s been two months. Do not order from here they will steal your money. I’ll save the trouble and keep the Jean skirt but I want a refund on my other items don’t ask me to send them back either because I never received them to even do that.
Update to their response: you can literally read I clearly say I received one item but I ordered the rest OVER 60 days ago. It clearly states on your website that you should receive your items in 60 days and those are RARE cases. You did in fact ghost me because it is now Thursday and you have not dmed me back since early Sunday which is past the 72 hour mark. You can sit here and act like all these reviews are the ones in the wrong but there seems to be a common theme.

Ordered 25th April. Have had no item and no correspondence. No email to say dispatched and the tracking doesn’t say it’s been dispatched either.
Looking at the other reviews it looks like I should’ve read this beforehand. Looking to escalate further
