DO NOT ORDER FROM OWN SAVIOR

I ordered some clothes in April and it still says my order is being processed. They won’t respond to my emails, DMs, and they delete comments off their Instagram about where everyone’s order is. A complete scam, I’m upset because I’m a college student with very little money, and I ordered from here because it’s cheap. I’m super angry and I want my money back.

Firstly, we must say that we do not have any issues with customers leaving genuine, honest reviews of their experience if that is truly what has happened and how they feel. However, your review is filled with inaccuracies and misleading statements that are defamatory and potentially damaging.

The order you placed was not in April, but in fact the 8th May. Also, no DMs were ignored - you sent us a DM at 6:05pm BST today and we responded at 7:10pm BST. Just over one hour later.

We have spoken to you about the accusations you have made in DM and you said you made that accusation because some other people have said this. We would prefer if you could please leave a review based on facts and your own genuine experience.

Ordered my friends present weeks ago now and still have not received any information on it. Tried contacting them through Instagram and they have not replied back since. Very annoying considering it was a birthday gift

Like many of the other reviews when it comes to the quality and fit of the clothing this store exceeds expectations. For the price I paid, I was completely surprised by how nice the clothes felt and sat on me / very flattering. I would say that you should double check the sizing because some items tend to run small, but aside from that, it’s a place I will shop at again for sure

Horrible customer service

I’ve just received my items after waiting over a month, they don’t even fit so went onto the website for a refund and it’s saying there’s an error and it’s not working. I emailed and dm them on insta and no response, terrible customer service, don’t recommend anyone buying from the website!!!!

I couldn’t love my Own Saviour order…

I couldn’t love my Own Saviour order more. I bought some amazingly colourful halter tops for summer, so I’m just waiting for the sun now lol. Sizing and quality is great and the delivery time was as suggested, so it was a great experience overall.

disappointing

I am very disappointed, I made an order last December and have been trying to get in contact with them but never got any help or updates on where my order is. There was this one time they responded and told me my order was lost in transit, they asked if I wanted it resented but after this I got no response! It’s been 6 months, save your money. I also heard that the items come separately which is very unorganised.

I’m always hesitant to buy from…

I’m always hesitant to buy from international companies bc of shipping costs but their prices seemed reasonable & I got an ad for some pieces that I thought would be perfect for my best friend’s birthday gift. A week later I have not gotten a shipping confirmation, which is fine, but they have not responded to my email either asking when the items are expected to ship. I was really excited to get these clothes & will change my review if they contact me, but I paid an international transaction fee so I’d like my order to ship. I hope they aren’t a scam.

Awful experience I spend around 100…

Awful experience I spend around 100 dollars on 6 different items only to receive 1 of them. I contacted them...they ghosted me. So unprofessional I want a refund forget the janky clothes. I tried asking for one but no response. It’s been two months. Do not order from here they will steal your money. I’ll save the trouble and keep the Jean skirt but I want a refund on my other items don’t ask me to send them back either because I never received them to even do that.
Update to their response: you can literally read I clearly say I received one item but I ordered the rest OVER 60 days ago. It clearly states on your website that you should receive your items in 60 days and those are RARE cases. You did in fact ghost me because it is now Thursday and you have not dmed me back since early Sunday which is past the 72 hour mark. You can sit here and act like all these reviews are the ones in the wrong but there seems to be a common theme.

Update: Yes, in rare cases and in cases that are outside of our control. USPS themselves have been very vocal, transparent and open about their delays post-COVID. However, as mentioned to you in DM since your update, your order hasn't been 60 days so this is a further inaccuracy.

Hey Alexis. Thank you for leaving a review but we completely refute everything you have written in your review.

We must firstly point out that you have received one of your items so far and you do have full USPS tracking for the remaining items in your order. All other items are currently in transit to you so no one has stolen your money. This is completely defamatory and damaging to suggest.

Secondly, you weren't 'ghosted' since we have spoken to you on social media and try to answer all DMs within 72 hours.

We appreciate if you are frustrated that you are still waiting for remaining items, but please do not embellish your review. Thank you.

FRAUD - Item never received - no refund

UPDATED, Still nothing. Reporting company for fraud. Also, my name isn’t Lauren.
Ordered 25th April. Have had no item and no correspondence. No email to say dispatched and the tracking doesn’t say it’s been dispatched either.
Looking at the other reviews it looks like I should’ve read this beforehand. Looking to escalate further
