Louise Purcell is an absolute legend she helped me with the courier providers as they delivered the parcel to the wrong address and didn't follow the instructions to call me. She is investigating this with GLS and updated my address to advise to call me. She is a credit to the company 5/5

Ordered 3 Piece Suite in Oct. Fully aware lead in time was 6 weeks.. No problem... Tracking showed order confirmed and processing with the supplier.. Several weeks later order cancelled..... No notification.. No warning... Many accessories already purchased in anticipation... Customer service had 2 responses.. a. Courier Problem.... Understood..... b. Out of stock.... but claimed they have no way to contact the supplier... Really no satisfactory responses at all............. Fast forward, found the same suite on Simply be. ie. And yes did it again, ordered with fingers crossed... Ordered confirmed and being processed. Yeah for me...... But of course just discovered it's been cancelled yet again... No notifications as previously..... Seriously. Get your business in order.. Don't take an order if you cannot fulfil it and please ensure better communication when there is a problem... That won't be a worry for me any more as I'm done...Never again and am unsubscribed from all oxendales and affiliate sites....

My experience was made pleasant by the agent I dealt with. She was really helpful.
I tried changing the colour of my purchase but was unable to, even though I got in touch within the first hour of ordering. It's also my 2nd time ordering my purchases. 1st time they got lost in transition. So it hasn't been a 5 star experience.

Oxendales are alway super fast at sorting out any problems you have. I hadn’t got a refund for a returned item. It wasnt returned because of the Nightline collapse but they sorted it for me and gave me my refund. Very friendly courteous agent.

Took me 4 weeks to receive my order. My order was cancelled by Oxendales and I had to reorder & paid again 3 times !. Took many calls and conversations until eventually spoke nice lady who sorted my order.

An ATROCIOUS experience... Never encountered such an attitude ANYWHERE else.
On October 11th, I ordered a number of sale items worth many hundreds of € in value. Needing these in a hurry, I chose Oxendales over another local company, since it promised a fast turnaround on its website. What a fat lie! By the time the sale had finished, not a single item had been dispatched!!! Following the progress of the order in my online account, I saw that, every day, it was inexplicably created, cancelled, re-created and cancelled... NUMEROUS times. The website, meanwhile, showed that all ordered items were in stock.
After 3 weeks, the order was PERMANENTLY cancelled by Oxendales... without informing me!
When I complained about this, customer services gave me the option of re-ordering the items at their full prices, promising to refund the difference between these and the sale prices of all items. After more waiting, not to mention queries from my end, guess what? I was asked if I still wished to receive the order! I confirmed this in writing, in the clearest possible terms. The result?
On the following day, the entire order was cancelled by Oxendales. Yet again, the action was taken without prior consultation. All the items are STILL being shown in stock on the .ie website. Sadly, none are being sent my way. Why?
So... FIVE weeks after placing the original order, I've not a single item received, two permanently cancelled orders, lots of useless engagement with customer service... and my blood is boiling.
Will Oxendales ever fulfill the order? Or am I asking too much?
