I made an online order with the DVD Box set Eureka
It was a bargin great price and is in great condition as it has arrived today. It took a bit, or better it took them 2 days to send away the parcel. Altogether 8 days. Maybe I am spoiled, I have a parcel from Germany in 5days. So it could be a bit quicker. But we'll I got it now. Overall had a good experience to shop at Oxfarm.

Oxfam is very good indeed and does so much work in this difficult world

I recently had mixed experiences with Oxfam GB, but overall I'm quite satisfied with the services they provide. I had a minor issue with a delayed book order, yet visiting their shop in Kendall was a delightful experience; the staff were incredibly helpful, promptly returning my sunglasses and bag that I accidentally left behind. While navigating their website for donations was a bit challenging, the cause they support is commendable. I frequently shop both in-store and online, and I'm consistently impressed with the quality and prices of their items. Thanks to their dedication, I'm a strong advocate for their mission. Four stars!

Why is Oxfam obsessed with an anti Israel strategy? This is the personal choice of its management. Stick to being objective and focus on broad principle. I'll ne er donate again.

I had a very bad experience. I had seen a nice jacket on Oxfam online but I wanted some more information about it. I was told by customer service to contact the store, so I emailed the store but I got no response. I decided to order the jacket anyway. The order went through and the money was deducted from my account I even got a dispatch email. It had been more than a week and I still haven’t received the package. So I decided to call the shop.

When I called the shop the manager was trying to help me out. When I asked what happened to my order. She said there had been a mistake and when I emailed the store asking about the jacket, they decided to send the jacket to a different store. But still processed the transaction and deducted the money.

The manager promised that she will get the jacket back for me, but I got a email today saying it’s been sold in a different store.

I’m Very very disappointed. Never gonna shop here again.

Oxfam Aiding the Poor parts of the World.

Another word for useless? Oxfam! Read for yourself how people pay money and don't receive anything. Not to mention the senseless points made by Oxfam. Another useless and money wasting organization that will be disbanded ASAP when the right leaders take power soon.

Received a call from oxfam after signing a petition, requesting a donation, I asked, if I could do it on the oxfam website as I suspicious of a random number calling me, they tired to convince me to do it on the phone, I ended the call when they tried to convince me that they weren't asking for any sensitive information, when they definitely were. I go on the oxfam website, and there is a page setup for this appeal. if it was a scam, I am happy that I didn't give any more information than i had already. if oxfam is calling people to collect donations, they should make it so that it is more flexible, the way you donate, because phone scams are very sophisticated these days. ultimately, whether or not this was oxfam that called me the structure of this donation arrangement has a scam vibe, and diminishes my trust in the organisation on the whole.

Simple and easy to make. Thank goodness for Oxfam.

I ordered a £100 book from the online shop which I am still waiting for 18 days later!

I want to do a little to help those in Gaza and Lebanon

I would like to say a big thank you to the sales people at Oxfam Kendall . Whilst on a coach trip to Kendall I visited the shop and bought some nice items . However when I got back home I discovered I’d left my prescription sunglasses and crossbody bag in the changing room there.. I telephoned the shop and the lady I spoke said they had found them . They very kindly posted them on to me the next day. I was so relieved to get them back so a very big thank you to the Kendall shop. I have made a donation as a token of my gratitude.👏👏👏

I did not want to respond to emails as they may be scams. I also do not respond to repeated emotional blackmail I do give to charity and only have a limited amount to give. On the website it was difficult to find where to give a monthly donation. During my search I came across requests for £25, £50 & £100 this struck me as greedy.

After spending ding up to £300 per month on books I do not deserve to be humiliated by rude, ignorant and abusive staff. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY

Far too late for this as I told your company everything and gave a deadline for you area manager to email me with a direct number to call. This did not happen so media intrution has taken place against this company and I will cause an amount of problems to you as you have caused to me

I frequent my local Oxfam shops and their online store, and I'm consistently pleased with the quality and prices of their stock; I'm a huge advocate for buying second-hand and donating old, unwanted items, and charity shops are a huge reason why. Thank you for all the work you do!
Recently bought some old jewellery and a summer dress from their online shop - they were shipped speedily and arrived in brilliant condition.

I sign up for the monthly donations, but when I have called them up to cancel it they were still stealing money from my account afterwards. Now it is a third payment stolen from my account.
Avoid like a plague.
Found out that less then 5% of our donations actually goes to someone in need. Everything else is their overly inflated "cost".
Avoid it!!!

The Oxfam shop near to us is unfailingly helpful in taking our unused stuff, and letting us know how much Gift Aid it has generated. The staff are great, especially the manager, and the organisation has made a difference throughout the world in working against poverty, although there is so much more to be done.

Brian and yoonis visited us today and while we couldn’t do a direct debit we have both made a one off donation. They were both charming and informative. We enjoyed our chat.

I had a visit from Anisha Begum and Isabelle Allegne, who door knocked asking for support for Gaza children on behalf of Oxfam. They were very professional and friendly in their presentation. It was good to know that such calibre of people work for Oxfam with enthusiasm, excitement and commitment. Both my wife and myself were happy with their visit.

Oxfam staff were fundraising door to door on my street. The two gentlemen were very polite and curteous, clearly passionate about the cause they were raising money for. Marc Baffoe-Bonnie and Nuur Hassan are an asset to Oxfam. Keep up the good work :)
