I had a great experience with this college. The ambience and everything is very good.
This center is very good. Highly recommended.

I recently finished my CMI level 5 diploma and cannot recommend Oxford College of Management and Leadership more. The courses are easily explained and everything is provided from the get-go. My Tutor Alison was very helpful and I could reach her at all times. Not only this, but the way she provided feedback was so constructive, that I adopted her technique when I provide feedback to my teams, just because it made me feel great even if i had a referral and I would love to know my team members feel the same way!
Becky and everyone In the support team were brilliant, friendly and just easy to talk to - they made the course easy even when it was difficult to carry on due to personal reasons.
Forever grateful and I would 100% return in the future or recommend you to colleagues and friends.

Great venue, always bookings available and the sitting room is always quite and good location to sit an exam

The process was really smooth. I was able to sign in and complete my test within an hour. They also had some onsite parking available which was great.

In regards to the exam, everything went fairly well - however there were some key issues.

When driving past I saw the car park was completely full and had to find other means of parking. I expected the exam rooms to be full also but I was the only person in the building therefore you may deduce that they do not actually have parking like they claim. Also the computer/virtual environment they use for exams freezes constantly leaving you unable to perform any action whilst the clock continues to tick down. It froze at least once every 3-5 minutes

Always a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for coming in and sitting your exams. Always goes smoothly and would recommend to anyone.

Good: easy to find, onsite parking (paid but rates are reasonable), quick and easy to get inside and start my exam

Bad: testing environment was cold both times I attended, desk/chair setup could be better, heard some construction noise from outside the building but maybe that was just bad luck

Would be 5* if those things are improved.

I have been required to do a number of certifications a year for the last 12 years or so. Before Covid I was in The City (before the WFH time) so did them all there, easy, close by. Mostly in some basements with less-than-ideal ventilation. Once Covid struck, I had to look around and (I did not want to travel to London at that time and basements were off), I tried a couple of exam centres and kept looking until I hit and tried The Oxford College of Education. As of then, I have done all my exams there and will keep doing so once Covid is truly behind us. Thanks to their great service, location and friendly staff I made a switch and will stick to it long after Covid. One can also park there in their front yard for next to nothing (unlike the centers I have been through beforehand) but I remember with particular fondness the lady who explained to me during the first call that 'I can also park in the nearby B&Q car park for free'. Not sure if it is, but to me it feels like a family-run-business, a friendly service eager to please.

I had a professional exam there earlier this week. Easy to find location, there's some onsite parking which you have to pay for but it's stated as such in the exam booking confirmation in advance. Very helpful staff. The room was somewhat cold. Some road traffic noise coming in but I was the only one at the time in the room so was no other distraction of people coming and going.

Good location, simple process to register and workstation was ready for me to take my exam shortly after arrival. Temperature of the room was a little cool but I was the only person attending at that time. Venue small but quiet and easy to work in.

I took an exam here the other day. Friendly reception as I checked in and efficient. Exam room was quiet and spacious. Staff are very friendly and polite. Will be back to take the next exam there soon! Highly recommend!
