I downloaded the two wav files today from the old 78 rpm record I sent you. As I think I may have said before, it has been in my possession for years, even decades, and I have never got around to doing anything about it until now. Listening to the files was profoundly moving and I am so grateful to you for your efforts. Both tunes were songs my father wrote in 1949 when a serving RN officer having gone through a pretty harrowing war. He recorded them for fun soon afterwards, at a high street recording studio which used to exist in those days. I have the old score and I know them from childhood days, now a fair time ago, and will enjoy boring my grandchildren with them in due course.

Oxford Duplication Centre really pulled out all of the stops to help me. Mine was not a straightforward job by any means, and Cheryl came through with the solution I was looking for. It was all rather involved, and there are not many companies who would have been bothered to take this work on. I was treated with courtesy and patience, the phone was always answered promptly by a member of staff who was knowledgable enough to know who I needed to speak with. They certainly know their industry and I can strongly recommend them.

Had a very good experience recently with the Oxford Duplication Centre, who transformed old microfilms into high quality images. The images are as crisp as possible and the labelling of the files clear too. Cheryl and the team were a pleasure to work with!

In sorting our late mother's house, we found some 50-60 year old reel to reel audio tapes. They were in a garage, looked pretty damaged, but I called Oxford Duplication, and they said, no worries, send them and they will have a go. A few days later, a flash drive arrived with a remarkably good quality copy of tapes from our childhood. Wonderful to be able to hear these again, and what a brilliant service. Brilliant. Oxford Duplication we’re really kind to me. My husband died and I had recordings of him talking about his life. I really wanted to be able to listen to them and have them saved. They were on email and some weird site. Oxford Duplication kindly found a way to retrieve them and put them on USB along with other videos. Cannot recommend them enough. Brilliant.

Throughout this time there have been so many new media for duplication, and Oxford Duplication keep up with the times, invest in new machines and are so capable.

The Oxford Duplication Centre offers a second to none service. Professional, expedient and trustworthy. Entrusting something as precious as family memories committed to fragile cine film is a tall order. They did an amazing job in transfer to dvd and the whole family were able to share in long forgotten memories once again. Priceless.

Work done in timeframe and acceptable price. Only potential drawback is that some TVs only accept FAT32 formatted usb
Need to be aware of this potential limitation.

I once again ask Oxford duplication to enhance the sound on a number of old C90 cassettes for me . Some of the tapes the speech was so faint , and once again they came up trumps . they are now CD's and the sound is like the day they were recorded . Brilliant service, Many thanks Mike Winstanley

DPC offered mailing service or drop-in.
I used both their digitising service of old cine film footage and 45 year old audio tapes and both resulted in very acceptable files.
Will use DPC again and can recommend them.
