Very impressive service
A clear, easy-to-use website and a simple online ordering process. An introductory discount that I hadn't expected. A friendly person to speak to when I phoned to explain that there were road closure and roadworks issues that might affect delivery. Delivery 2 days after ordering. Jacob, who delivered, couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, particularly in light of the roadworks-related access difficulties that did indeed present themselves. A top, all-round service.

Whole process was smooth. Delivery went well, the wood was in good condition and unloaded by the driver. Foolishly I ordered a couple of wrong items but the returns and picking up from their site was easy as well.
