My interaction with Michal and our communication was the key thing - VERY courteous, VERY informative and VERY professional........I was entrusting a company in Oxford England with a $2500 purchase when I live in Florida USA........but they had exactly the guitar that I was looking for! It arrived safe & sound and in PERFECT condition AND the shipping was surprisingly rapid - guitar arrived in less than a week! I would do business with Oxford Guitars again without hesitation
