As a long-standing customer I’m pretty disappointed with a sneaky attempt to get out of replacing a malfunctioning vape that’s well within its guarantee period.

I’ll send it to the manufacturer myself and buy a replacement from another vendor.

Been using Oxford vapours for years. Top class peeps, staff always friendly and knowledgeable, great products and Great selection aswell. Couldn't rate higher

The quality of their juice products has declined rapidly. The quality of their vapes has been terrible. When I lived near the Witney branch and was able to go in store the quality was good. After moving 18 months ago, we get products mailed. These mailed products are pretty rubbish. Example: have bought vape kits which their coils don't subsequently fit. Have bought vape kits which fail after a few weeks. This week, I took an aromax out of the pack and the nozzle was blocked, I took another one out and the top fell out spilling the juice everywhere. This has happened regularly in the last 6 months and the fact both happened in succession this time shows the continual degradation in quality of their products. I am not going to be getting more from there now, will find somewhere local. Tried customer services once about quality and gave up quickly as it was poor.

First time using the website, no stores near me. I searched everywhere for the coils I was looking for but a lot of places were out of stock. Oxford vapours had them, they were a little more expensive but I opted for Royal mail 24 and received them well packed the next day.

Just be sure to click product description before ordering. The sector mesh coils I ordered usually come in a pack of 3, the picture for the product is a pack of 3, you'll only see that these are sold individually when clicking on full description. I feel this should be displayed/pictured on the page as a single coil.

Range and availability of products is good.

Website is easy to navigate. Ordering was simple enough paying through PayPal.

Pleased with first order. Will use again.
