Excellent service skip hire
Excellent service, also very good on price. Skip was delivered exactly on time and likewise was picked up on time. Phonecalls ahead of time very convenient. Would definitely use again.

Skip didn't arrive.
I placed an order for a skip 16 days in advanced. I immediately received confirmation, a job no. and an invoice with Status:Paid
I planned annual leave and organised paid help for heavy removals for the day the skip was due.
It did not arrive and I never received any communication from Oxigen.
I rang about 5-6 times and just kept getting either a messaging machine or other regions putting me back through to Dublins messaging machine.
Eventually Dundalk region checked my order and told me it's unpaid, hence it wasn't sent out.
The money came out of my account 16 days prior along with an invoice stating its Paid.
I finally got through to the Dublin region at half 5 who told me the same thing and that they'd have to check with IT
I find it strange that if they have record of an order with a delivery date, and "no payment" on their system, that they didn't attempt to contact me and let me know.
The skip has now been rescheduled since they found my payment and had a glitch in their side, though I'm now out money and time/AL
No partial refund offered either for the inconvenience. Poor experience

Will never use this service again
I ordered a skip for 5 days, it arrived at lunch time on the first day, 15 days past and it still hasn’t been collected, I have called them 5 days ago to ask about collection, as I loaded everything I needed into the skip before the 5 days, now neighbours appear to be putting items into the skip for which I am responsible for ? Will never use this service again

Times were all over the place! I waited around until 6 pm for our skip to be delivered and it wasn’t even collected on our allocated day causing severe disruptions to our further plans!!

Skip hire
I hired the skip for Tuesday 29th July and it arrived on time. I rang that afternoon to arrange for collection and spoke to a lovely lady who said she would do her best for a Wednesday collection.
I have made 3 calls and still have a skip which is causing an obstruction so am very disappointed with that aspect of the service
Today is Wednesday 6th August 8 days since I was told the skip would be picked up. I rang again yesterday and was told I would be put on the list for yesterday afternoon?? Surely one would think that I would already be on that list.
You don't only collect rubbish you speak a lot of it!
