They still havent collected the skip
They still havent collected the skip. Its been 2 days already and looks to be a couple more. I dont even live at that house anymore. Im getting complaints from the landlady

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered a skip with 1 weeks notice and was told it would arrive on 09/08/24.
I then went and hired 2 people to help with the loading of the skip only for it not to show up at all. 3 phone calls made throughout the day and was told each time that it's on the way. Now I'm not only out of pocket for the skip but also wages for 2 people.

Poor customer service
No complains with the skip itself but I called to ask if it was possible to get an indication of what time the skip might arrive at (at 2pm on the day it was due). I stressed that I was not complaining, just wondering and was met with so much resistance and told that what I was asking for was an impossible thing for them to do.

WORSE SKIP COMPANY EVER
I ordered a skip which came at 6:30pm in the evening on the day it was suppose to be delivered I called serval times and spoke to an extremely rude women who asked what my problem was it would be delivered before 12am that night. It was due to be collected on the third day which it wasn’t I then called the office and was advised they called someone on the third day to see if that skip was ready to collect which isn’t true as I was waiting around all day. I then asked if could be collected asap and they told me it would be another two days and they can’t advise a time!!! They are all over the place worse service.

Extremely bad customer service …
Skip did not arrive on chosen day until after 5pm, called customer service at 12pm and asked for a time of delivery and I was told what’s my issue my skip will be there on the day I chose they are very busy so I’ll just have to wait, phone manner was disgraceful, was told I chose a PM slot but this was never related to me when booking that there was certain slots, never received service like this before ridiculous will not be ordering again

The Skip was delivered on the day requested,
