Service very good as always and staff…
Service very good as always and staff in the office and on the phones very good. Skip on time and picked up on time, only dock of stars relates to skip not being kedt in requested area as driver was not able to fulfill this even though last time with a bigger skip it was left where we wanted it by the driver.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. the baskets have been standing in front of the gate unclaimed for several days. The hotline claims that the baskets were not put out, so they were not picked up. Allegedly, he was the regional manager himself. Unfortunately, I have cameras on the property that have not recorded any of your managers. The company itself is lost in its lies and they treat the customer as an enemy. They seem to have forgotten that it is thanks to customers that they make money. I do not recommend this company.
