Uncollected bin
First of all the phone was answered quickly, no long delays listening to music or repeated messages!
Then Pauline who answered my call was most pleasant and assured me she would resolve the issue of a bin that wasn't emptied. I received a return call within an hour and the bin was emptied,as promised, within 24hrs!

Come out of my house at 6.15pm with my 3 yr old daughter to see one of your truck employees peeing in a bush right across the street…. My daughter said mammy why ain’t he using the potty. DISGUSTING
