I have bought 2 portable O2 concentrators and one large for my home. I can't say enough good things about this company. I love it. The service and sales people are so helpful and understanding. I wore out the on/off button on a portable and it had to go to New York to the factory. I received a loaner and the shipping box, everything in one day. No charge for the new parts. I will use OxiMedical Respiratory for my next purchase.

So far we are very happy with the portable concentrator and it works well for him when he goes out and feels the need.
He really needs the oxygen at night and is doing well with that.He had just become so anxious over not having something other than the little tanks that I felt obligated to purchase it for him.I know it is coming that he will need 24hour and it will surely be used more then.

I thought that the unit would have more time than the first unit I purchased in 20017. As it turns out the time is just about less then 3/4 hr. I think that I was miss informed. when I called today, Graham said if I wanted more time, I should purchase large battery or take my spare battery with me.. I could do that with my old unit. I feel I just spent $1995.00 for just what I had.

Everyone I've worked with has been great. So knowledgeable an pleasant to help. Robert Lee was so helpful in answering my questions an Amy has been great with resolving my battery issue.

Robert went above and beyond to help us with an Oxygen machine on Christmas Eve. My stubborn dad has very sick with Covid and refused an ambulance and hospital trip. Without the machine, I don't think my dad would have survived. Thank you Robert!

Inogen is working satisfactory.
It is a very nice piece of equipment for women due to low weight and easy access.
Extra batteries are necessary
Car DC hook up is great.
It gives independence.

Having the Inogen has given my husband back the ability and freedom to go on errands, enjoy the outdoor activities with family again!! The staff at Oximedical is superb!!

the thing sucks--weights a ton, battery does not last but a hour or so

I received excellent customer service when I ordered my Inogen portable oxygen unit. Also received it in a timely fashion and I am pleased with the way it works. I did call back with a question after a couple of weeks and was treated with respect and my question was answered. I would recommend the product.
