Outstanding Professional Customer Service!
I had a trading bot attached to my account. The company that managed the bot was not answering phone calls or replying support requests. My account was accumulating increasing loses. I called OxSecurities (Yves Fontanilla) and explained my situation. I was stressed. He calmed me down and explained step by step how to regain control of the account. This activity was 100% successful. He saved me a great deal of money. As we went through the process, he reminded me of what the impact would be.
