Great service Oxyaider!

I took a big gamble ordering on their site only going on a Google search. I was even more worried when I was unable to get hold of them on any of their phone numbers given on their site.

Well I can honestly say my worries were unfounded. Oxyaider offered excellent service and went out of their way to make sure my mum received her oxygen machine.

Happy

Was an okay-ish experience. After I ordered. I got worried when i didn't hear anything from them after the 2nd week, after I called to hear what the problem was, then I told the lady that lack of communication was their problem, told her if there are mishaps, communicate with the client on every step taken, provide with tracking number too... I'll surely order again but they should just fix up things from their side.

Disappointed with the service

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from delivery taking longer than stipulated time from to lack of communication to my business proceedings being affected. Really disappointed with Oxyaider

Wrong capturing of order

First of all my order was wrong, No update from oxyaider was given on my order. My order was sitting in their box and kept on saying order is on hold with no reason for why it is on hold. I had to contact them to find out what is happening. Only to noticed that the order was captured wrong from their side and was informed that they are waiting for stock. They did apologise for the incorrect order details, but this placed me in a very bad situation with services that needed to be rendered on a specific day. The order was placed in advanced to accommodate the delivery dates and my event that was planned. I could not render the desired services to my clients due to stock not arrived in time. This was my first time ordering from them, I will order again and give them the benefit of the doubt as I did get an apology from the person who was capturing it.
