After contacting them about stock and delivery time, promises were given. Unfortunately nothing was respected. Still waiting for my order...
No Communication
This company severely lacks communication skills! I have to keep prompting them to get an answer. I placed an order with them and did an immediate EFT through my bank. When I called them the next day they knew nothing about the order although it reflected on their website under my account. I was told they would call me back. No one called. I subsequently made a follow up call and the person who answered told me she is looking at my order and will check if their supplier has stock and will get back to me. As expected, no one got back to me. I made another call 3 days after placing the order and was told I will receive the order the following week. I very much doubt this will happen. Why do I have to keep prompting them? They don't call or email - no communication at all.
Update: I don't know whether it was the 1 star review or my phone calls, but all of a sudden I began getting regular emailed updates with regards to my order. Eventually I did get my order delivered in good condition. So I'm updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I hope they keep it up. Will check and review if and when I do order again
Poor communication and feedback
Poor communication and feedback. I was not made aware with my order that the product was out of stock. Only found out after about a month after contacting them more than once and they failed to stick to the delivery date. Decided to keep my order as I was promised to receive it within the first week of October. When the time came, my order did not arrive resulting in me follow-up numerous times again and only receiving it about 3-4 weeks later. They do not provide feedback on the progress of your order as promised.

Unfortunately there was a delay in my delivery do to a supplier not having stock and this was not communicated until I queried.
Poor service
My delivery took weeks to arrive and kept on being delayed, I received no notification from the company and had to keep contacting them. There were also items advertised on their site which are not in stock.

I looked at website
I looked at website, wanted to order abdominal swabs. I could not find number of swabs per unit and emailed them and Zanele answered very confidently on the amount of swabs and I then went ahead and ordered online.
The next day I got an email from Zanele that unfortunatelly the item is out of stock and I must supply them with my bank details. I emailed it back to them very dissapointed that she helped me with number of units but not mentioning that they do not have stock. Since then (6 days later) no response from them. I also called and used the whatsapp number and no reply.
VERY DISSAPOINTED and scared I am not going to get my money back.
