Oxygen and Leanne have been fantastic in managing our properties. Inspections are always thorough, maintenance is always identified and actioned, meaning the properties are in good condition for the tenants. Leanne forms really strong relationships with tenants. She is always easy to communicate with. I could not do this myself or have rental properties without the team at Oxygen and Leanne.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We’ve been with Oxygen for a few years and have a new property manager Lindsey Hambleton. She is by far the best property manager we’ve ever had. Lindsey is friendly, understanding, respectful and has an eye for detail. In a world where you often feel like just another number and personal connection is waning Lindsey is a breath of fresh air.

We have been very happy as tenants with the service we have had from Oxygen over nearly five years. In particular, Leanne has been just great. Friendly and professional service is her hallmark. When anything needed fixing, it was attended to promptly. We hear about poor property managers from time to time, but the opposite has been our experience with Leanne and Oxygen. Well done.

Leanne is very helpful with what everything required when looking for a suitable place to rent, she supported the whole start and finish procedure and im also extremely greatful for the immediate help to relocate. Recently my family needed the help of a property manager and we were so blessed to have Leanne Phillips from Oxygen, recommended to us. What an amazing lady. Leanne is a gift to a landlord. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, pays attention to detail, reliable, respectful and so quick to respond to a message. She is so well organised and really cares for both landlord and tenant. Leanne knows how to listen and is very easy to work with. I could go on, but in short, Leanne is a 'gift' to both landlords and tenants alike so we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for being available to help us.

Leanne is our Property Manager and she is awesome. She keeps you informed on what is happening with your property and always lets you know when there are any maintenance issues that you need dealing with and she helps you sort them out quickly and with no hassle. She is so easy to talk to and she understands your needs and what you need as a landlord as well as making sure that the tenants are happy as well. I am so happy that Leanne is looking after my property and I know that it is being looked after as if it was her own. Thanks Leanne, keep up the excellent work.

Katy kept me informed, was very pleasant and professional, followed up when i made enquiries and has made the transition to my rental home a positive experience.

I recently moved out of the region for 6 months and have just come back to Hawkes Bay. The stars aligned for me as my previous rental became available again and I get to have Leanne Phillips back as my property manager and I could not be happier! She cares just as much about the owners as she does her tenants which shows how much of a genuine person she is. Lovely lady, great banter, and a kind heart. What more could I ask for :-)

I've been with oxygen for nearly a year now. Dunno how I managed before with other property managers to be honest. Oxygen staff are genuine, friendly and approachable. Matters are dealt with swiftly, but in saying that, there are very few matters that arise!

Oxygen provides a great rental service. Very quick to respond to queries or issues. When our tenants left our rental, Diane promptly informed us and set up viewings. Willie is fantastic he frequently gets in touch to see how our experience is and what can be improved. Definitely recommend.
