Cashback is cool, but waiting a til "oxygen day" (every month on the 8th) to use it is stupid. So you're locked out of cashback, but it use to be as soon as you hit the $10 minimum.

They don't have any credit builders, loans, line of credit, or anything like varo, chime, Albert.

They took back all the offers after purchasing Annual subscription.

I have had excellent service since day one. I love the cash back feature. I also really love the responses from vendors commenting on how unique the physical card is!

I love this bank but their focus has shifted away from everyday checking and has focused their attention on their business checking. The rewards aren't the same and honestly there are better options out there for online banking. Bring back the instant 10$ referrals, and give customers better perks for card upgrades.

I don't like that they took the cash a check option away. The whole point in me getting banking online was so I could do it all in one place without heading out

I've been using Oxygen for about 3 years now and I have to say it's been my favorite banking experience so far. I really enjoy the single use cards and vendors specific card options they provide, they offer another layer of privacy and security that other banks do not.
Getting paid early is definitely a nice bonus as well, I look forward to banking with Oxygen for years to come.

Oxygen has been by far the best bank I’ve ever dealt with I work at Fedex and I put my check in by direct deposit and I always get my check at least 2 days before the other guys that I work with!!! Great savings account also and plenty of cash back opportunities !!! The only thing I would like to see changed is that I can’t get an extra bank card for my wife?????

Absolutely love using this banking service the only down fall was having to pay $300 for the fire element and the fact how when u go to an ATM that charges you $3 to pull money out, ok that's fine but what's not fake is how oxygen also charges you am extra $3 just for still doing that. Which I'm not so sure how come that happens but it sucks! The perks are great can't complain their! Even tho the fire element cost so much for the card I cant however fully complain about the price when the card is just wonderful and so worth the money spent!

you changed the cashback experience. Its a hassle and unappealing to even use the cashback feature anymore. you could at least now make it automatic cashback and not limit the variety of retailers to just 1% of all available companies. you could implement all food $1 back not just 10 different restaurants and all other retail the 5 or 6% depending on element level and exclude all money transfer. most every transaction already is categorized so I don't get why you're system can't automatically process cashback for each category on a weekly and daily basis. I don't want to be forced to limit my shopping to a select few retailers of your choosing to get cashback!

I've been using Oxygen for several years now, and they have been the best! I am so happy to be a customer and to have them as my bank!

I haven’t had any issues with this service and I’ve been using them for 3-4 years now.

No longer worth the exorbitant costs of the different elements. Cash back has gotten too complicated.

This is by far my favorite bank. Customer support is always helpful and quick. The only complaint that I have is that I cannot cash checks in my state.

Opportunities to upgrade my card, having a business account that I can easily transfer to my personal account. Having an easy way to save money when I spend money.
I would love more vendors that I shop at regularly to be on the list of cashback options.

Out of the blue decided a security response was triggered, I wasn't contacted other than the email saying that they were permanently closing my account with no more information other than the system was triggered. I emailed back and requested to be informed of what transpired and when, I also asked why I wasn't contacted to verify that said trigger was indeed done by me. The response I received was my account was closed, my app was disabled, I could not log in and any funds would be returned to sender.

I been banking with oxygen for quite some time now, i am at the water element. & I placed a dispute back in August for a service unfulfilled in July. Customer service has dragged it out for 3 months as of today. A date they assured me and I have yet got back with me
